Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was a mixup with my room. And I was supposed to get a snack tray for both days that I was there however I only received it for one. Which was disappointing. The property was quite busy so I wasn’t able to enjoy all of the offer.
The property was nice. I love the valet parking. All the gentlemen at the valet were very nice and kind.

Staff had to kick out guests from the pool area due over splashing, kids /adults behaviors. Firetruck / ambulance was called by guests for a joke. Staff tried to control the disturbances, but it could have turned bad quickly.
The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good.

Lots of dead plants. Wish we could have fresh air in the room. Atrium was hazy, needs more air moving.

Parking situation not great. Self-parking has no in and out privileges. We dont like to valet, so has to walk to town or Uber

The hotel provides only valet parking for $30 a day. Self parking is provided but it is not part of the hotel. Self parking is done using your phone. You will need to use the QR code, putting in lots of details such as car license plate, color of car, your name and address, charge card info, etc. For older patrons or patrons not tech savvy, it was very stressful. There are warning signs all over that keep warning you that if you do not provide the correct input, your car will be towed. There is no one around to help you. Luckily a family came into the structure and their grown children was able to help us.
Friendly ,helpful staff. The breakfast was great. Open layout of the hotel made it feel very safe. Saw security walking around . I would definitely recommend this hotel except for the parking situation.

That they say one thing and do another . Booked in . Was told the restaurant/bar/room service available till 10pm . Got there 9.10pm and they decided to go home early . Two kids n wife starving . Manager useless

Long walk from elevator to room; no option for self parking; $30 day parking fee. Did not like that room not serviced until after 4 nights.
Liked buffet breakfast. Staff managed large number of guests at breakfast very well. Beds were very comfortable and featured variety of pillows. Room was very quiet

The coffee in my room was horrible. Un-drinkable The mirrors and window were dirty. Carpet could stand to be cleaned.
Size of accommodation and quality of room. Loved the pillows. Valet parking a plus. Breakfast was great. The water bottles upon registration was a welcome plus.

My first room was not clean and there was a guest who was disturbing. Once he was removed from the property and I was moved to a new room, everything was fine. New room was very clean.
Breakfast is very good. Conveniently located near Bart station. Staff was accommodating.

Didnt like the fact that an employee had to use their personal CC for the stay when they had a company CC. How to pay for parking big headache.

Beds and pillows were super comfortable, facilities and size of room were excellent - tea coffee machine, microwave, fridge, and nice shower supplies. Very close to BART and Walnut Creek. Breakfast was great too.
