To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe rooms are very dated! The couch // sofa bed is dirty and stale looking. I would not touch with a 10 foot pole! In the bathroom I was very disappointed with large amount of mold on the shower curtain especially the bottom. I figure that comes from the water that collects in tub while showering because the drain does not drain fast enough. Literally was showering with water around my ankles which is disgusting!!!!!
I enjoyed the manager’s special, breakfast buffet (omelette station was my fav), medical grade air purifiers, and check out time

United States of AmericaI wouldn't sit on our sofa because of all the wet stains. Also, a blanket was left balled up on the sofa from the previous guest. There were water bottles sitting on the outside of the room window next to ours. They were there the whole time. The pretzels at the evening reception were stale. I've stayed there many times and was disappointed this time.
The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent as usual. The staff was very friendly.

United States of AmericaMy AC didn’t work my husband call to check with front desk to see what time maintenance was coming they caught a attitude and was very rude and unprofessional and they also lie and told him he already been in the room and fix it which was a lie!!! So he waited until came back to the room and I went down and spoke with one of the young ladies who call maintenance on radio and he came right up!!!!

United States of AmericaThe room was outdated, old carpet, old furniture, drab color scheme. It was fine, but not what I expected, especially because we had been at other hotels during our road trip. I do wish it would've been a little cleaner, sticky tile and countertops, some old stains, and an odd odor throughout the suite.
The staff was amazing, super friendly and professional. The breakfast was great as well.

United States of AmericaWe had adjoining rooms with 4 adults and 6 kids. And NO TOWELS! We stayed Friday -Sunday, after the kids showered after the pool time (which also had no towels or a hot tub!), we needed dry towels. We requested some Friday evening and Saturday morning. We did not get clean, dry towels until late Saturday evening. At that point, we didn't need them! We also felt like the rooms were a little dated. They were clean, but needed some upgrades.
We loved the breakfast every morning and the convenient location.

United States of AmericaThe AC/heat vent was a bit noisy. some staff were super helpful and kind, while others where much less keen to help out. also, the shuttle amenity advertised is not quite as helpful as promised. it’s mostly geared for airline travelers and while you can use it to get around Columbia you are essentially at the mercy of the schedule of the airline they serve so I ended up still needed ride sharing services. I did use the shuttle to get to the airport after I checked out and the guy who drove was so helpful and kind. He shared so many cool stories on our drive and I really enjoyed it.
The hotel was very nice and room large and spacious. I loved the fitness center and that this was close to the zoo.
