To get to the resort you have to go through the state park gate,and pay for the enterance. It would be nice to have coffee in the lobby.

The view from the balcony was amazing! Beds comfy. Enough parking spots.

The 2 hour timer in the refrigerator!!!

Wonderful place to visit. This was our second time staying, loved it so much the first time. Due to the July 4th additional charges we chose to go to the festival on July 3rd and relax in the hotel on the 4th. To my surprise you have to turn on the refrigerator every two hours. What is up with that? Normally we don't use it cause we are always going and doing something when on vacation This was the only disappointment. Service is great about giving more coffee when needed. 💕

Only one elevator was working correctly.

The staff was polite and professional. The views were beautiful. The shuttle driver was not only punctual but knowledgeable of all the roles in the hotel and assisted everyone .

The A/C wasn’t cooling well the first night so we didn’t sleep well at all. This got better the next day after we requested maintenance. Seemed the wait for elevators was really long, maybe only 1 or 2 were operational. Both comforters were stained and need to be replaced.

Loved the views, the location and the amenities. And some staff were very friendly and helpful.

The property is dated and a little drab. The first night upon check-in at 10pm, we were given a room that had not been cleaned. It had no toilet paper, soaps, coffee, or telephone. We noticed that the bed sheet were on sideways and remade the bed ourselves. The carpet was dirty, feathers and rhinestones were stuck to it. The bathroom floors had hair all over them. We were too exhausted from a delayed flight from CA to protest more, but then couldn’t sleep due to the noise the wall vent was making. At 5am we demanded a room change and switched to a clean room with all the usual amenities. Toilet paper, yay!! We asked to have a manager call us, but no one ever did. The second room had lumpy and leaning mattresses, but it was survivable. Upon check-out four days later, we were offered a free breakfast 10minutes before the kitchen closed to make up for the terrible first night. We skipped that because it didn’t seem fair to the kitchen staff and we needed to catch our return flight back to CA.

We liked the location of the property, in a park setting with trees and birds outside the balcony overlooking a lake. It was a break from traffic and noise of the surrounding city.

The room was very very dirty. I had to just not look at the bedsheets & try and make it through the night. We were so exhausted or I would have requested it be cleaned by house keeping, but I ended up just cleaning the entire bathroom with germ x I had on hand so that we felt comfortable enough to take a shower. The inside of the toilet was dirty & the shower was visibly dirty with hair & other debris. The sides of the tub came clean when I wiped them with a bath cloth so It obviously hadn’t been wiped. I’m sure some one sprayed it & called it done. We got a balcony room but our door was broken so we couldn’t use it. (Again something I would have addressed if we weren’t staying for just a night) Hopefully they can work all this out & work to make this place beautiful again because it has SO much potential!

Didn't have microwave even though it stated in the description when booking it. The bathroom could have been more clean but it's also a little outdated. The bathroom didn't even have a fan. Trees in the parking lot are a safety hazard. They're too large and tall. Can't see when trying to turn and the trees are at the end of every row.

The beds were comfy. The views were nice.

The smell of Marihuana coming in the room. It was disgusting, and my kids and I were nauseous. The outside chairs in our room should be maintained a little better they were dirty and old. I also didn't like that by 10pm. Everything was closed down, including the bar.
