We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWould have been nice to have extra hooks in bathroom for wet towels/toiletry bags. (One hook on door that already had hairdryer on it ) Pool area was nice but water on chilly side. It would have been nice to have a sheet for pack and play. Breakfast was fine . .but would have liked yogurt as an option. The room size was adequate but on the smaller side compared to other places I have stayed ( desk and one swivel chair, bathroom had no separate vanity area to allow for two people to get ready at once. )
Staff friendly and helpful. Nice Water view from room. Pack and play was in room ready for us to set up. Location was good! Key cards worked well. Always nice to have breakfast on site, they included gluten free muffins and vegan sausage ( we are neither gluten free or vegan but I'm sure there are people who appreciate this) Beds were very comfortable.

United States of AmericaThe only thing that I wish they could do is make the beds more comfortable maybe by adding bed cushions or something because all the beds that I have slept in seems to be hard and not firm. And maybe they could switch up the breakfast maybe on the weekends. Typically it's small Belgian waffles, sausage & turkey sausage, scrambled eggs or a cheese omelette, and cooked oatmeal. Then they have all the fixings like bread, bagels, english muffins, blueberry muffins, cereal, etc. Maybe on the weekends they can put out pancakes or French toast, bacon, different varieties of fresh muffins & yogurt, maybe a breakfast burrito or something. Just something different instead of having the same exact thing every single day. Other than that, everything is exceptional.
I especially value the very helpful staff on ALL levels. Not to get too personal, but I had checked in on Saturday the 31st of March, and that night I had happened to wake up in the middle of the night with the stomach virus and needless to say that I had a little accident ( "so embarrassing on my end") I ended up on the toilet for 5 hrs, it was so horrible! Around 7 am I knew that I needed to go to the hospital because it wasn't letting up so I called front desk to have them call me an ambulance and to have housekeeping bring fresh bathroom linen etc. Even though I was embarrassed with the whole thing, the staff never once made ME feel that way. Housekeeping came in just as the ambulance had arrived in my room for me, and when I tell you that this housekeeper was so nice and understanding and told me not to worry about anything that she will get everything all cleaned up for me and disinfected and that her only concern was for me to get better and come back to be comfortable if I were to come back and that meant so much to me that they even cared about my well being even under the circumstances 🙏🏽❤️ When I came back from the hospital my room was fully cleaned and disinfected just like the housekeeper told me it would be! She left me a little card on the TV stand with her name on it hoping for my well being, that was so sweet 😊 then I had the front desk call up to my room also checking on me to see how I was feeling and if I needed anything. I'm telling you that if anyone wants to stay where you're going to not only feel important but you will also be important, then the Fairfield inn and suites in New Bedford, Ma is the hotel to be at 100% I appreciate this hotel making me feel anything less than. I immediately grabbed that card sitting on my stand and went straight to the ATM downstairs in the lobby and I put a nice little tip in it for that housekeeper because she deserved it!
