Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IrelandThin walls and noises from above due to hardwood flooring. Parking can be an issue if you arrive late there is no pre booking so you're forced to find your own parking however you will not be charged for the onsite parking if this happens, but this can be very annoying.
Staff were amazing, commitment to the pineapple branding was on point. Super comfy beds and all very clean.

United KingdomWe were unable to sample the hotel restaurant as breakfast and dinner are not offered on Mondays or Tuesdays. The hotel is separated from the river by a busy road which was noisy on the two nights we stayed. Some storage is at ground level, beneath the bed. We think this may cause difficulties for some people. A number of un-housed people stay near the hotel, so best to keep an eye out after dark.
Our room was quite spacious, comfortable and clean. It had a view across the Willamette River and was close to the city centre with shops and restaurants nearby. Drinks and snacks are available from reception staff which is helpful on days when food is not offered in the restaurant. Storage was adequate but some storage may be difficult to access.

BelgiumThe air conditioning is extremely loud and cannot be turned off, which made it difficult to sleep consistently.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to checkout. The hotel is suitable for a one-night stay, though it has more of a motel vibe when walking through the halls. The rooms were decent, and the bed was comfortable. It's also very pet-friendly, which is a big plus when traveling with your four legged friend.

United StatesThere are homeless people everywhere. There were homeless tents right in-front of the hotel. It smelled like piss when walking in-front of the hotel.
The location was by the waterfront. The price for parking was decent. It had a water fill-up station. There was always someone at the front desk. The room was very comfortable for us and our kid.

United KingdomNo breakfast even though advertised because they couldn’t find the member of staff responsible for cooking the breakfast for three days in a row. Resort fee not justifiable because streaming and Internet didn’t work and no afternoon treats were available. Reception staff friendly but completely clueless couldn’t even point out the location of the hotel on a map.
Location good and staff was friendly.

United StatesJust comforters/no top sheet but the AC doesn't work well enough to keep you cool enough to use them. Ended up with a sticky, sweaty night & not in the good way. Water pressure was abysmal. The shower has a rain showerhead & open shower (no door) that somehow didn't get you wet enough and yet got water all over the tiny bathroom. It's an old building & you can tell they tried to "modernize" it but fell short. And this is petty but they offered sparkling water on tap in the lobby, but the carbonation was barely there.
Friendly staff, good parking lot & not too expensive, dog friendly (like really, not just tolerated), decent bed, able to turn on shower without getting in. Quiet rooms - we couldn't hear anyone in the hallway or above us.

United StatesThe parking could have been better marked that there is a lower level with a different entrance. This property should absolutely be offering a full complimentary breakfast due to their room pricing. The bathroom tile and shower heads need to be upgraded.
The staff is friendly the linen and room was overall clean. Decent location. I really liked that there was a restaurant with live music in the hotel. The beds are comfortable. The complimentary reusable water bottles were convenient and appreciated.
