We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The manager barely spoke English (which is fine but there was no one there to help him so he had to call someone), they couldn’t find my reservation at first, put me in a room that was extremely dirty (walls were covered in dirt and grime and there was masking tape on the walls), the door looked like a dog tried to escape out of the bathroom as it was gnawed on, worst of all the jacuzzi room didn’t even have a clean jacuzzi someone’s booty stain was covering the bottom, and the sheets were dirty too :( also when you shut the room door you can still hear everything from the highway so all in all not a good stay.
I didn’t really like the property at all. It was dirty and that was the same for inside the room.

United StatesEverything. The room did not have any lamps or option to dim the lighting. There was just bright ceiling lights above. The jacuzzi tub was filthy, did not have any switches or buttons to activate the jets or a stopper in order to fill up the tub. There wasn't a mirror except in the bathroom AND THE SWIMMING POOL CLOSED AT 6PM.
The location was the only thing I liked

United StatesI asked at the time of booking if the jacuzzi was available. I was told yes. Then booked and then was told the jacuzzi was not open and closed at I think 5pm. Then would not refund us. We left the hotel and booked another. The room was unfit for a stay. Window was stuck open in bathroom and was not clean.
