I would like to see more of a breakfast selection. Cold cereal and celophane wrapped pastries show not much effort was presented.

We travel a lot. The beds were not the most comfortable. However, it was quiet and clean, that balanced it out.

It was clean and had a wonderful vibe. The staff was excellent in every way!! Location was great for our visit.

For $185/ night, I would expect much more. I would expect my room to be cleaned up between nights (We stayed 2 nights) - nobody came in to give fresh towels or tidy up, which I generally see in hotels that cost that much. The mattresses are obviously old and creak a lot when you get in and out or roll over in the bed. The bathroom fan was clearly not vented outside because our bathroom was continuously very humid even though our showers were short.

The room was large and the AC worked well. Check -in was quick and check-out was quick. Nice lobby and a decent breakfast.

Lights between the beds didn’t work. Try to call the front desk, but the phone in the room didn’t work. I reported it to the front desk but no one every came to look at the problem. I moved the furniture between the beds and found the light were unplugged. No one ever came to look at the phone! I was surprised that the hotel didn’t take cash/ money to pay bill only credit cards. Not a big fan of credit cards and very seldom use them. To much credit card theft for me to feel comfortable about credit card. I wasn’t aware of the no cash taken rule! It seems as though all the employees were new to the job. Ever time I asked a question their response was they were still learning the job. This was virtually every ones responses!

It would be nice if they had a waffle maker. Very small selection of things to eat!

The breakfast area is small and gets congested. The breakfast selection was ok but things were not restocked as fast as I had hoped.

Aside from the restaurant experience everything else was very good

The room was great and we ate supper in restaurant. Soup and a salad was supposed to come with meal, never received it. Had 6 adults three kids, food was ok, but thought cost was high!!

I'm not sure if this is apart of the hotel, however, we tried the hotel restaurant on Friday night. This was probably one of the worst restaurant experiences we've had. They sat us and after 40 minutes of waiting, we finally flagged down someone to take our order. The restaurant was super convenient since we had a dog with us and it was attached to the hotel - so we were able to check on the dog and not leave the hotel. This place was rated one of the best to eat in Hayward, so we were just disappointed.

The staff was great and it's always nice to have breakfast included in a hotel stay. We also appreciate being allowed to bring our dog with.

No elevator. Also we were assigned room on second floor. Got to assigned room and it was not ready. Back down stairs another room assigned. Looked for pop machine, no pop machines.. Hair dryer didn't work. Freshly painted room was nice, clean rooms.

I feel the coast to have my dogs stay was a little high. I understand that a good amount of dogs make a mess and shed all over, but you could not even tell that we had dogs in our room.

The bed could have been softer. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great. There was no bar/body soap in the bathroom.

Rooms are good for the price and were nicely sized and clean. Great location for event we were attending. All staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful with requests and town information. Free breakfast offered. Indoor pool area was nice and adults only after 9pm.
