BahamasThe place is in need of a makeover. Shower, curtain and floor of the room had all kinds of stains. The air condition system would cut out for long periods of time, so the room would not be cool. The phone didn't have a cord attached, so we could not make any calls. Oh, and we saw several roaches in the room.
We were in town for business, and the location was about 3 minutes from where we had to go, so that worked out fine

United StatesI stayed there and renewed each week only because I didn’t want to move my items, too much going on. I was there while waiting to move to a new place with my kids after breaking my lease. It’s crazy how you pay pretty much $600 a week and housekeeping won’t come by your room unless they think you’re checking out. I couldn’t get towels for over a week. I had let the dirty towels outside of my door thinking housekeeping would come by and bring new ones and take old ones-no. It sat there for a few days. No coffee maker, plenty of beat up holes in the place, the staff that was decent was Viva. The bed I had was indented on one side. Fire alarm one day nonstop all day and night . Washing machines sucked. It may be $50 cheaper a week than everywhere else in S Fl but it’s NOT worth it if you can afford $650/ week. Getting proper receipt was a hassle. There are a few roaches. I saw 4.
Location is good, there’s bus lines and restaurants right there. Viva the staff member is good.

United StatesPeople using power saw and drill, too much noise. Bed was not comfortable. you could feel the springs as you lay in the bed. There was a ugly stain or piece of shower floor damaged. Only half the cable channels came in. Smelled weed outside. There was no security lock on door. Had to have my room key lock recoded. Wasn't happy. Also this particular hotel has a bad reputation.

United StatesOk, now for the only thing I didn't like, and it was obvious throughout the reviews: The roaches. Granted, a business can only fumigate so much to control/get rid of the problem and that they can't control other people's nastiness, realistically, it's still a problem, whether you have one or a handful. I know other folks said the same thing, but, again, I can't base my booking decisions solely on other reviews. So, I found out for myself that these people were right. However, I still don't regret my decision to book a reservation here, and I will do it again should the fumigation and the cleanliness of the rooms be a lil more frequent. Aside from this one minor inconvenience, I enjoyed my stay overall.
I peeped all the reviews that were left prior to me making the reservation, and in spite of all the bad reviews I saw, seeing as how I was already familiar with this property, I decided to go ahead and give it another chance because you can't base your booking decisions solely on other reviews, not to mention that some of those people who leave bad reviews are NEVER satisfied with anything. So, this is my review: The staff was extremely attentive and very courteous every time I went down to the front desk for something, which was only twice, with one of those times being a maintenance issue. After I reported the issue, the lady notified the maintenance guy expeditiously, and he was as prompt as he could be, which was exactly within 5-10 minutes. Had he not been busy elsewhere in the facility at the time he was called, he would've been there sooner. Also, the members of the staff that I did encounter were very nice and as personable as I am, and I happened to make a new friend in the process. (Hey, Viva!! 🙂 👋👋) The overall straightforward professionalism was what I expected and what I appreciated the most. So, I'll drink to that!! 🍻🍻🍻
