The view from the porch was blocked by the building in front of it, but it was overall still nice. The A/C was set at the owners max (68 degrees), but the condo felt warm during the day. It didn’t really cool down into the night (then it was kinda chilly).

The condo was conveniently located close to the center of town. It was walkable and easy to find. The particular 2 bedroom deluxe condo we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and Benjii provided a lot of good information upon arrival.

Ft. Marcy Suites was amazing! The location was a short walk from downtown with all the restaurants and fun you'd need. There was a full kitchen, TWO bathrooms, and the rooms were very comfortable. The front desk staff were *incredible* and helped me with a package... even delivered it directly to our suite before check-in, which was above and beyond. Would 100% stay here again.

Loved the Sante Fe style. Quiet, clean, and good location. Wanted 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. Fit our needs. Ended up being more reasonable than two hotel rooms.

We liked everything but we are hikers. Others might want to know it is an uphill walk back from town and there are steps throughout the property. Because of the nice grounds, you don’t park right by your condo.

Loved this property. The location was excellent with an easy walk into restaurants and shops on the Plaza. Close to hiking trails and scenic drives. Our unit was nicely laid out and decorated and we enjoyed the quiet. Since you don’t know what unit you will get, the decor could be different but the layout would be the same. Love having a bedroom and living room so sleepers and TV watchers can separate. Kitchen had everything. Will definitely stay here again.

Actually, everything went well from the moment I received my first email confirming my booking. It was seamless. I must say that the young lady who met us, Katelynn (SP and sorry if I misspelled it) was not only genuinely friendly and professional, but also most accommodating. She had everything easy for us: room keys, map of our room, details on the wireless password, parking area, local restaurants, and answered every question with such a friendly manner. One never felt as if we were just another guest. Everyone in my group was made to not only feel welcomed, but also special and valued. The suite was spotless, everything one would want was there. All the linens were neatly stored and fresh. Bathrooms and showers were clean along with all the bedrooms. The kitchen and living room were on par with the rest of the property. This property is situated in a quiet zone within walking distance to the center plaza and other points of interest including restaurants and shopping spot. Great place to stay. If in doubt about reserving a suite, don’t, you won’t regret it.

The 2 bedroom condo was amazing! Bigger than expected, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The after hours check-in process was very easy, and the property is lovely. Also loved that we could walk to the Cross of the Martyrs, then down into the old town. Had a wonderful stay!

a) Mattress were definitely uncomfortable and we didn't have a good sleep. b) WiFi was not perfect from every room. However, I do not think these issue detract from the overall experience!

We wanted to have a true Santa Fe experience, and we had it. The apartment was spacious, very well furnished and decorated, and spotless. The staff added a pack and play to the apartment free of charge prior to my arrival, and it was overall very courteous and welcoming. Would stay again!

It’s not just “outdated” but in need of some serious remodeling. shower floor, for example, was sloping & uneven—indication of dryrot underneath, perhaps? 2nd storey porch looks nice at first but is in very poor shape. A/C is incredibly loud outside of one BR in particular.

Nice location that felt like the edge of town but was not too far from the center. It can be hard to find accommodation for 3 adults & this worked well for us.
