Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The furniture in the room seemed dated. The nightstand between the two beds was too small. No usb charging. The desk chair was worn out.
The price. The hotel was clean. You could tell they're in the process of updating. Breakfast looked decent, there was nothing to drink except coffee and milk that we could tell.

Pool was under maintenance and there could have been info about that before I rented the room, as it had been under maintenance for a while.

Additional charge for breakfast, tv channel options were very poor and extra charge for “just in case”.
Advertising indicated breakfast was included, actually it was an additional charge for breakfast.

My room never got cleaned during my stay. I had to go get new towels and such cuz hskp didn't come thru. I also wish there had been a mini fridge in room.

The young man working in the morning worked his behind off to serve bag breakfasts, check guests in and out, and answer questions. He was awesome but it was far too much work for a single employee to carry out in a timely manner. You need more early morning staff.

Staff was friendly
No room service unless you book a room for more than 3 days. The rooms were way out dated for a Sheraton. The name Sheraton left me expecting more.

The shuttle needs to start for early flights... we wanted to leave at 6:15 am and were forced to use taxi as shuttle did start until 7. Mose travelers staying at airport hotels overnight have early flights .

Low staff and lack of refrigerator in room
Never received any cleaning or servicing to our room the entire time we were here. Had to ask for towels 3 times before they were delivered and had to take toilet paper from an attendant cart after not receiving any as asked.

Hallways were dimmer than expected, room decor outdated, no mini fridge and bed could be better. Not bad but not fabulous.

There was a hole up in the ceiling at room 104 where the armoire was.
Despite COVID-19 and understaffing, my husband and I felt that Four Points did their best to keep the place clean. Laila at the front desk was very helpful!

No restaurant as advertised and airport shuttle starts at 7 am when most early flights depart? Staff was great at reception and throughout...obviously not their fault for lack of management in updating the web page to reflect real time data nor close the dumpster lid to keep racoons out..and the hotel is not 1800 ft from airport.

That on there web site it doesn't say that they don't take chime cards or cash app cards. And I paid with my chime card even tho it is a vise card. And they took money out $241.00 a d I wasn't even there yet to pay for the room. And when I got there and I handed my vise chime card she said we don't take them. And she told me to go get the 241.00 out of my bank and pay cash. And I wasn't going to do that because u already took the money out. So I was pissed. Wasn't happy at all. Will never stay there again. So I canceled the room and she said I will get the $241.00 back in my account 3-5 business day and I don't get the money back I will be pissed.
I don't know didn't get to stay there.
