We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe table in our suite had a fresh coat of polish/paint on it and it got on our clothes and anything else that touched it. When we pulled out the sofa bed, there was trash and candy under it.
I didn't try the breakfast, but my dad did and he said it reminded him of the food he had to eat in the Army. So I take it that the food wasn't very good.

United StatesI asked for a 1st floor room and when I arrived, there were 3 new TVs in that room. I had a fractured collar bone and needed access to the first floor with my contraption. I was moved instead of the TVs. The 2nd room was worse. Bathroom door was broken. It wouldn’t stay ajar and/or wouldn’t close all the way. No privacy for anyone. Shower was dirty. Furniture structure which holds the tv and desk was broken and hanging loose. No lighting in THAT back wall area. No bedding for the sofa bed. Breakfast area was unattended and staff was rude even asked for help. Bad attitudes and lack of concern from the staff. This app wont let me send pics.
The look and location are the reasons I picked this place.
