Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Saudi ArabiaOnly one unexpected minor incident: During our late arrival and check-in (after a delayed flight we had informed the hotel about), the front desk staff was initially unsupportive. When we asked for the duty manager, she aggressively stated she was the manager and that no options were available. Only after insisting were alternative rooms offered on the same floor to keep our children closer. While a solution was eventually found, the situation could have been handled with more flexibility and professionalism from the beginning.
The Grand Beach Hotel at South Beach offers the perfect combination of location, comfort, and service. Situated right on the beach, it provides stunning ocean views and easy access to both relaxation and the vibrant Miami lifestyle. The hotel is modern, quiet, and family-friendly, yet equally convenient for even business travelers. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed with thoughtful details that make the stay comfortable. The multiple pools, beach access, and well-maintained facilities create a resort-like experience, while the staff’s professionalism and warm hospitality ensure everything runs smoothly. The on-site dining options, the pool bar, and convenient valet service add to the overall ease of the stay. With its balance of luxury, convenience, and excellent service, the Grand Beach Hotel is a great choice for families, couples, or business visitors looking to enjoy South Beach with peace of mind

Saint Martin1. Beach beds are being taken away from tourists starting 4:45 p.m. and it doesn’t allow to enjoy full day at the beach taking into consideration the sunset is after 8:30 p.m. That was the major deal breaker for me. Another case with sun beds - when there is a peak and not enough sunbeds on the beach, there are usually still two piles available but the staff informs that they are broken and they cannot add up more sun beds. To me it looked like they are avoiding adding more to not have more work picking them up after words. - deal breaker 2. Umbrellas on the beach - the hotel didn’t figure out year that there is an option to purchase beach umbrellas with a compartment where you can pour the water and prevent umbrellas from flying away. When it was sunny but about to rain, beach staff was closing umbrellas before the rain and people were exposed directly to the sun. Umbrellas were barely deep in the sand Thisbe why they were flying away. 3. Breakfast options weren’t that tasty as in the cafes outside of the hotel. I would add toast with burrata and tomatoes, avocado toast with poached eggs with better avocado with some seeds. The toast I ordered wasn’t tarty with feta cheese. 4. Would be 10/10 if there was self service washing machines and dryers. 5. Great idea with ice cream in the lobby, however would be great to be able to buy one ball with two different flavors, we were informed if I wanted two flavors I need to purchase two separate balls so then the ice cream volume was to big for me. - no adjustment to client needs.
1. Mattresses on the sunbeds, very comfortable. 2. Iron, slippers, bathrobe in the rooms. 3. Rooms with sofabed offering two TVs, good option for families who please to watch different things. 4. Two different pools with jacuzzis, on the ground floor usually are families with children and on 7th floor only adults. 5. Good locations. 6. Ice cream shop on the ground floor. 7. Possibility to store luggage. 8. Bar and sitting area in the lobby.

United StatesThe elevators were not working properly the 1st day and then being serviced the next day, so it took a long time to use them. And also 1 of my bathrooms had not been cleaned properly. It had pubic hairs in the tub, so that was nasty. The 2nd bathrooms tub drain wasn’t draining properly, but they came & fixed it immediately after we reportrd ut.
Property is beautiful, in a great location and is beachfront. Our room was beautiful. Its truly the best room I’ve stayed in. I booked an oceanfront room & somehow got a 2bdrm room. It was BEAUTIFUL. Both bedrooms had a balcony and the room was Huge.

United StatesThe pool closes too early, we requested additional towels the first night and they did not bring them, and the pillow cases and bedding had stains. In addition, hotel needs to add other breakfast items for example cheese grits or regular grits. Also, early check in was not an option, not even for us to pay for it.
Love the poll area with bar set up. Also having access to the beach. The staff were nice in the bar and breakfast area.

BrazilOne improvement we’d love to see would be renovating the bathrooms—replacing the shower curtains with glass enclosures would make a great difference.
We’ve stayed at the Grand Beach Hotel several times and keep coming back for a reason! The value for the money is excellent, and the rooms are impressively spacious compared to most other hotels. A special thanks to Robert at the concierge desk—he went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. The pool and beach areas are fantastic, and our kids had a great time. We also love the beautiful sea views from the rooms. Overall, we always have a great experience here and are already looking forward to our next stay!

Kuwaitit’s definitely in need of renovation. The bathroom, cabinets, and even the lamps felt outdated and not well maintained. I had to change rooms twice during my stay, and the last time I had to wait for maintenance to fix a broken balcony door. The beach area is another downside — it was covered in seaweed, making it hard to enjoy swimming, and surprisingly, they close the beach as early as 5:30 PM during the summer, which feels too early. Parking is also very expensive at $49 plus tax per night.

United KingdomThe towels in the bath rooms were very tired and similarly the beach towels needed refreshing . Hardly a massive deal though . Didn’t like you had to vacate the beach at 5.30pm so they could clear it but was told it’s the same for every hotel
Helpful wonderful front of house manager who made my stay ! She was efficient and charming . The general waiting staff in the restaurant were super too . Very friendly hotel overall with fairly good facilities in a good location . Had a great view of the ocean and this was my 2nd visit .

United StatesThe shower tended to puddle water at your feet. There also wasn’t any shelves or hooks to place items on so we had to place our face and body wash on the ground for the whole stay. The property description says there are fridges in the rooms but the fridges are just beverage fridges. I specifically picked this hotel for this because I am a breastfeeding mom and was pumping the entire time. The fridges do not come with freezers and I was extremely nervous about it being able to keep 4 days worth of milk cool. When I asked one of the employees at the front desk, I got a response filled with attitude, telling me to go ask the kitchen staff if they had any facilities for freezing breastmilk. I ended up just making it work with the fridge in the room. When checking out, I received a bill for something that had been charged to my room. The same attitude filled front desk employee insisted that I had charged something to my room despite me telling him that I hadn’t. I had bought some ice cream on my first day in the hotel but I paid with my debit card. Despite opening my bank app to show the transaction, he insisted that I had charged something to the room and showed me printed receipt that did not have my signature (for a date and a time that I wasn’t even on the property). I insisted that I had signed a receipt when I purchased the ice cream and that they should show me my signed receipt. The same employee told me that he couldn’t show me the receipt because it was confidential. My husband eventually stepped in and one of the employees colleagues went to get the receipt that supposedly should have had my signature. In the end, the receipt for whatever purchase that was charged to my room was not mine, did not contain my name nor my signature. They eventually took the charge off the room but I did not even receive a common apology for the attitude filled accusation and insistence over and over that I charged something to my room.
The location and amenities were really nice
