The parking garage is not accommodating to large or long vehicles. I scraped the post on the parking deck. Although the renovations were probably much needed, you can tell it must've been rushed or inexperienced labor. The beautiful led bathroom mirror looked to have rust on the backside, the toilet teetered, and the balcony chairs were cheap plastic Adirondack style and already broken. My dad fell back out of one. There is little to no safety mention in reference to the height of the step up coming off the balcony. We all nearly fell going in and out.

It was close to everything we wanted to do. There wasn't a ridiculous amount of traffic. The staff was great in assisting with issues. The kitchenette was great (new appliances and countertops). The pool and beach access were awesome.

The water in the sinks were brown, seemed stopped up. The water spewed out at me multiple times. There were no comforters for the bed, and the pictures looked a bit better online.

The lobby was cute, and the staff was nice. The location of the hotel was very convenient. The overall esthetic was nice. Easy check-in/check-out!

The fact that when you book your told you're paying for 3 adults only to later be told it's an additional price, when it was Never stated prior to booking and paying for it online! I also absolutely didn't like that there was No toilet paper provided, no soap or shampoo, nor towels or wash cloths! We had to beg for those items-they weren't replenished daily. Had my Mom not packed toilet paper, we wouldn't have had it! The price that is charged is Ridiculous when certain basic things that SHOULD BE provided with each stay are not provided! I stayed in room 607, my sister in law stayed in 609 and her complaints are the same!

I Loved the oceanfront view, the fact of it having 3 beds, and the updated bathroom and appliances. The location was great!

The bathroom didn't have a fan. There was only one trash can in the bathroom. The chairs in the balcony are made of wood, which is very bookable . Metal chairs are solid and safer. The smell of weed from other rooms while I was on the balcony was very annoying . .

Two things bothered me. First you advertised this resort with a free airport shuttle which was a deciding factor for me. Guess what? No they didn't have a free shuttle. The manager offered to come to work at 5:30 AM to pick me up and drive me to the airport. The other issue is the water in the shower never got even warm. So, no shower before my travel day. Not at all happy about that. I really cant stand false advertising and that's what you did. I will not use Bookings.com again and I will caution my friends and family about the inconsistencies of your advertisements.

The manager Ruth Adams and the receptionist at the front desk. Simone. They reacted quickly and got me taken care of with a ride to the airport. They were all about customer service and at that moment that's exactly what I needed.

What I LOVED was the front desk clerk Simone!! She is sweet, informative, and accomodating. They are very lucky to have her!!

1 of the 2 beds in the unit were HORRIBLE. A box of springs w/ no support. Ended up having to sleep with my partner which was definitely not the plan. The place is undergoing a full renovation and surely we were the first to occupy. The pool looked nice but far to cold to swim, restaurant was not open yet, gym was unoccupied. Not sure why they'd charge $ 3?.03?.00 something for resort fees when amenities were unusable. Once the place is up and running it'll probably be nice, location was great!
