The room was clean with a huge walk-in closet and bathroom. The bed is comfortable. A light breakfast (coffee and pastries) was included. The staff were friendly - easy check-in and check-out.

Wish there could have been a breakfast room with complimentary breakfast. I booked late so I had to pay more for the room.

Really liked the rooms. Had the feel of a cabin. Liked the accents and the separate kitchen area. Room was impeccably clean and great detail was taken. Exterior of the property was okay. Perfect location for visiting Burney Falls and Lassen National Park North entrance.

Were 2 pillows on the bed and 1 extra in the closet. But they are tiny and small. Would like to see more pillows. Not enough parking places, we back late and there wasn't a place where to park. Some tracks occupied 2 parking places. Put on your door "not disturb" sign or stuff will come to check room before 11 am

Friendly stuff, in the room were a hair dryer, a microwave, a big fridge, and enough coffee❤️. Extra blanket in the closet. Was tv too, but didn't check how it worked. Room was clean, wifi worked. Nice choice for 1 night

Space of room for two beds a bit hampered. The bathroom was very clean but could use a top to put toiletries.

We had an unexpected wake up call early in the morning (good thing the day we were scheduled to check out) and told us that the the plumber company arrived early and they have to shut off the water for the whole property to fix a plumbing issue 😕. So we had to get up and rush to take a shower and do our morning routine afraid that the water would shut off in the middle of it and it was kind of nerve wrecking 😬

The configuration of the room was clean, functional 👌 and spacious for a couple. The fridge was midsize which is plus for people who go on road trips! Location was great and safe too(except for the falling pine cones from the tree at the parking lot 😆...but hey it's nature 😌). I highly recommend this property especially when you're visiting Burney Falls and Mt. Lassen Volcano National Park 👍

They said that they were having a plumbing issue at Green Gables, so was it okay if they switched me over to Charm Inn. I accepted. I thought I had reserved 2 queens. I got a single (maybe??) Queen. It was small. Typical to a busy motel, people were coming in late and leaving early. Cars/trucks/talking and shower/toilet water running is typical. It is right on highway 299, so semi truck and ‘hot rodder’ noise is evident.

They had a propane bbq for guest use. It was well used, but it operated well enough to cook my meal.

A little too small for me and A/C was very noisy (resorted to window. Bed layers were somewhat thin. Plus pillows were very thin/weak as they had no fluff to them.

I know the buidling is older but the shower was a little challenging to use since it was pretty small. This might have been my error but it was confusing to find the office not realizing the office was for two motels.

Wash basin needs more cleaning at base of the faucet. Blanket was too thin, not warm enough for winter. Heating was very noisy, and difficult to set the right temperature.pillows were not that comfortable
