We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of Americabc the place is very busy, the parking was always hard to get when I get off work (I get back around 9-10p). also there was only 1 elevator handy to me. when I stayed on the bottom floor, it wasn’t an issue but the 2nd and 3rd floor was a little bit of a hassle having to drag the bell cart around the whole hotel. the walls were thin so I could hear everything that goes on outside and the blankets are super thin so I ended up buying a blanket to be comfy one.
loved the price esp for it being that close to my job. the location is great bc of all the choices of food around.
