Some of the amenities in the room were not working properly/broken example: the toilet was having issues flushing and putting too much water back into bowl, ceiling above shower was damaged and knobs on sink we’re not present.

It was a very cold couple days, and the heat didn't get the room much above 68° or 69°. The hot water also ran out after the first few minutes of a shower on the first day. It was out the rest of the stay. Never got warm again.

There were only two very thin pillows, the sheets were all stained, the toilet seat cover was not attached to the toilet, and I found a dirty wash rag hanging up in our shower

Our reservation got canceled on the hotels end for some reason. So when we showed up to check in we had to wait for that to be figured out. But it was a total accident and the staff were extremely helpful and we didn’t have any problems getting in once we figured out what happened.

Fridge/ Freezer didn't work. AC didn't work very well, one of the lamps didn't work, and the bathroom had a little musty (mold)smell.

It was nice and clean and smelled good. The bed was comfy and the staff were very nice.

While I anticipated the exterior to be "ugly", ROOM renovations were not as complete and / or as new as I expected. Drapes were haphazzard, lots of missng hooks, and we had to roll them up over the AC for room efficiency. There seemed to be a lot of walking traffic in the parking lots that looked "loitering-ish" and hard-up, maybe even residing in some of the hotel rooms. Not knowing Lincoln, I don't know if this is "the wrong side of town" but felt it. There was some door banging and drinking activity in the middle of the night. Owner WAS super nice but unfortunately, as a senior person, I would not choose to stay here again.

Staff was super helpful when we encountered booking problems. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was strong and hot. AC worked well.

The room had fresh paint, but they left the old nasty curtains up. The place needs a woman's touch. No ice, no breakfast, the restaurant isn't open.

The staff was really nice. I went and stayed here because I had stayed there before the remodeling and was excited to see the new look. The hotel is 120% better than it was, but still needs a lot of work.

This hotel should NOT be listed on Booking.Com. I got a refund and did not stay after seeing the room. I no longer trust Booking..Com. Crazy! Sh!! On the toilet, no towels, no toilet paper, no soap.Nothing but filth and neglect. I was amazed. The staff did very kindly refund my money and said "this happens a lot". Booking I don't trust you.

Continuing, this time, my sister and I had 1 towel. No soap. No towels. No cups. No towel racks. Toilet paper holder missing the horizontal rod. The sheets were navy. I thought hotel sheets had to be white. The facility is worn and tired. There is trash all over the outside. When I was checking in an older couple was at the desk asking for a refund. "We have decided just to go home. There is no toilet paper and there is mold in the bathroom. I should report this place." Again, the staff was very pleasant. Wyndham needs to shed this property.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The first time was in January around 2019, I believe. The picture was the lobby area which is the only nice part of the hotel. It was later shut down by the City of Lincoln, because the police were out there something like 62 times in one year. I had a dog with me (Shih Tzu). She came back with fleas. Fleas do not live outside, in Iowa in January. The door to my hotel would not unlock. Staff had to get me in. (At least I was safe.) Two microwaves stacked on top of each other because one didn't work. I decided to shower at Anytime Fitness. The place needs to be torn down. Everything is majorly dated. I will say the staff was nice and I felt sorry for them.
