Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The breakfast left something to be desired. I know in days of COVID it isn't easy but it could have been better. The parking garage was creepy .
The gal at the front desk when we checked in on Sunday afternoon was very helpful in getting me a remote for the T.V. The one in the room had not worked and she went the extra mile to find me one.

The ice machines don’t work on two floors. The carpet near the air conditioner is wet. The Directv goes out frequently to reset the receiver.
Great location to my plans.

Saw one fruit cup on ice. It was taken and there were none to replace it. If you have your own parking area, why am I paying $20 per night? The elevators are scary and very slow. One time it would not move after I pushed floor button. Finally, I used the stairs.

No place to park briefly in order to unload in front of the property. Limited on-site parking. Pool completely empty of water.

The wifi was very spotty. There were times that it did not work at all.

The friendliness of the staff especially Ms. Sherri from the front desk and the cleaning ladies at the hotel because our room was impeccably cleaned. The provided breakfast was also good and the breakfast server was really making sure that everybody get what they need.

The parking situation isn’t the best and the WiFi is really awful on the upper floors. You don’t get any signal hardly and it will keep disconnecting.
The location is great giving close access to a metro station as well as being able to walk down King Street which houses tons of shops and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were very clean. Included breakfast was great for what it was.

Parking tight and limited. Tub walls left little space for foot placement during showering, could be unsafe for those with balance issues. Elevator slow and one was down on day of checkout. Didn’t realize at opposite end of King Street main shopping/restaurants.
Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast available. Price.

Charged twice expected parking rate. Garage difficult to find. Toilet was awkward (too low). Preferred king bed rather than two doubles.

Location perfect. There is a free trolley bus always available up to 11 pm which takes you where've you'd like to go. The room was perfect in terms of space, cleanliness, facilities. Breakfast OK.

The night front desk guy yelled at me for opening the door for someone when I didn't even get up from the table I was at doing my school work. I know not to open locked doors as I work in a school and nobody can let people in unless the front office or security officers do it.
The location is ideal, the rooms are great, and the day front desk staff are amazing.

It desperately needs to be renovated. The rooms and old old old and the beds are super stiff. Bathroom needs work. Shower was old and stained. I didn’t want to put anything on the couch. Just felt icky.

We have stayed at Hampton inns for many years because the quality was always very good, but in recent years it has gone down hill.
Location was good. Breakfast was just so so. The person at the front desk, Janice, was outstanding. We had problems with our check in and she was great. We think she's in charge.
