When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I didn't like the $5 parking fee.
The location was good. We didn't eat breakfast as we left before it was available. The breakfast opened at 7:00 AM and we left at 5:00 AM.

The toilet was very low. Hotels should consider installing higher toilets when they don't renos

Mattress more on the firm side. Asked for extra pillows, didn't get extra pillows. The building itself was hot. In the elevator, down in the lobby for breakfast

We were given a room for the handicapped. Not needed and not a problem. And we noticed: for a handicapped person the low toilet is a problem along with the absence of a grab bar next to the toilet. For us another comfortable chair for seating would have been appreciated.

The pillows were terrible, too small for a king size bed and very uncomfortable. Also, bring back the bar of soap for the shower. I dislike the containers in the shower. Otherwise all was perfect.
The staff was excellent, check in was very fast. The room was perfect Breakfast is always hot and good.

We had no complaints
It was clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was the usual free breakfast, but I had no complaints. The staff was quick to clear out the snow in the parking lot and sidewalks from earlier that day. All-in-all, it was a great stay.

Breakfast is the usual hotel buffet, nothing too surprising here. The only unusual dish were pink sparkly waffles by Paris Hilton. I tried them and preferred the regular ones. Location is great, easy to get in and out and very close to the attractions we wanted to visits.

Breakfast was a little blah. Was hoping for bacon and actual scrambled eggs. Waffles were yummy!!

Alex, at the front desk, was extremely accommodating and efficient. He followed up with us and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and stay at this location again.

Breakfast was disappointing. The comments were very positive about it and it turned out to not be what I expected. When I joined breakfast around 9 am, a lot of things were empty. No bagels, no eggs or omelets anymore. few desiccated sticks of French bread and average sausage patties, that was it. The rest was what you expect in a motel breakfast (basic cereals, yogurt, oatmeal, that's it). Nothing else particularly tasty or outstanding.
I like everything regarding the amenities: large bedrooms, comfortable beds, large clean bathroom. Getting hot water was sometimes a bit slow but eventually was fine. Apparently my colleague was less lucky on that last point.

There were not any toppings for the waffles even though there was a menu hanging with suggested toppings. The quality of the bath towels (needs to be softer) and pool towels (cheap, rough, small, and not absorbent). I would prefer a soap dispenser by the sink rather than bar soap.
Breakfast buffet was clean and food was fine. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Heated indoor pool was fantastic and the right size. Good budget hotel for a family with young kids.

They no longer serve Dark Roast coffee! The regular coffee is very weak for my tastes. Bring back the Dark Roast coffee.
Good selection of food at breakfast. The breakfast area was clean and spacious and arranged very nicely. The staff was courteous and helpful. Excellent waffles.
