We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United Statesthe location of the handicapped room on the third floor is something nobody was thinking when designed. it is at the end of the hall from the elevator, not near the elevator. That means non ambulatory folks have to take elevator to third floor then go all the way down the hallway. Just kind of dumb.
nothing special. the usual fare. oj oversweet. oatmeal luke warm. coffee excellent. hard boiled eggs were dried out. no meat. fruit just a few oranges. with yogurt it was tolerable but again, can get the same at less expensive hotels. Place was really really clean and the bed was so very comfortable. I came to sleep so that was great.

United StatesThe man working the front desk when I checked out was kinda rude, when I went to ask him about extending our stay he was just very short and had an attitude for no reason. And also they claimed that the pool was heated and it definitely wasn’t it was very cold
The assistant manager I talked to at check in was amazing, she was super nice and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, a good size, and very clean. The breakfast had a decent selection and my son enjoyed it.

United StatesIt’s not aesthetically pleasing area and I didn’t like the new decorating used at many Hamptons now; I think it’s cheesy and cold. The location of hotel is ugly but convenient…fine for overnight stay.
The property was very clean and beds comfortable with abundant fresh linen. The breakfast space was spacious with good quality breakfast food.

United StatesThe bed is very firm, I had a hard time getting comfortable. I am used to a soft bed so that was the only thing I struggled with. I will add that it is very supportive if that is what you need.
Extremely clean, well kept, beautiful atmosphere, staff was kind and courteous, breakfast was so delicious. I especially loved the waffles! Shout out to the cooking staff, the food was hot, more was brought out quickly and the lady who served everyone was so kind! Our room was very spacious and comfortable. If you are looking for a great place to relax in Circleville this is the place to go.
