The room was much smaller than expected, but we managed. The "sofa" did not fold out into a bed. The toilet seat shifted and made a noise like it was breaking if you leaned to the left. The sliding bathroom door with the latch in the middle was awful! The refrigerator did not have a freezer.

The breakfast was good and the staff courteous and helpful.

No vanity in the bathroom, just a stand alone sink. A little awkward getting ready in the morning without counter space. Lighting in the room was dim. Limited electrical outlets available,, as the made-to-fit furniture was in the way for access to outlets.

Bed and pillows were comfirtable. The breakfast was great, but only available at 6:30 am. We were hoping to be gone by then, and as we debated about waiting, we were offered a breakfast package to take with us. We decided to wait, and we were very glad that we did. It was worth the wait! We liked the access we had to an entrance at the back of rhe building, because of having to park at the back. Great proximity to our room.

The walkway in front of the hotel had buckled in a spot, and my 79 yr old mother fell and got a concussion.

Rooms and public areas were updated and well maintained.

The room was comfortable but needed maintenance. The closet and bathroom doors were off their tracks and couldn't close. The room was dark, and blinds were messed up.

Loved the *staff* !! The pool was great. Conventionally located for two red rocks concerts and Golden. Breakfast was good each day.

it was not clean or updated. there was a dirty sock and trash under the bed, and the bathroom looked like it had been hurriedly wiped down. the bathroom was also old and could really use some updating compared to other properties that charge this type of nightly rate

The pull-out bed had a pee stain on it when I called for a new one they did not seem to care, I could not use any of my discounts there, military, AARP or senior.... UGH

There was a metal drain plate that was supposed to be in the shower floor. It was not installed and was leaning against the shower wall. The love seat was uncomfortable, but that's subjective. I didn't like the $8 per night parking fee on top of the room rate. That's ridiculous! The location was also confusing. For those two reasons alone I won't be staying there again or recommending this to others.

Staff was very friendly and the bed was comfortable. It had two ottomans and the office chair was adequate. The microfridge and coffee maker worked well and had decent coffee.

Broken window coverings in my room that look like it has been broken for some time. Some outdated and worn areas like carpeting and furnishings. Breakfast was good but have seen better. Area is tight so when it was busy, I had to wait awhile. Coffee was easy to get to. $8.00 charge to park.

Location is good right off Interstate 70. Easy on and off to 70. Restaurants and shopping nearby and attractions. Close to the mountains.

No explanation about how to use dining room/kitchen area. One desk attendant spoke rudely and acted irretrable when a question was asked which was unacceptable. All others helpful and congenial.

Self serve with 1 attendant/chef. Lots of good breakfast choices.

I booked a king but didn’t get it but didn’t complain cause I was tired of waiting. Didn’t like that I had to pay for parking. The pet fee was high. probably won’t book another Hampton
