We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaI still struggle with the buffet breakfast. I don’t enjoy it. I think it’s full of not many healthy choices. I understand the concept of not wanting to raise costs by staffing but it really lacks. I also think that the tv in the common area should be tuned to program that is not politically aligned.

United StatesI was surprised a hotel was built in close proximity to the train tracks. The train noise was muffled enough that it didn't wake me, but I imagine it might be for some guests who are light sleepers.

Clean room. Welcoming staff. I loved that there was a snack area for people to purchase items. AMAZING continental breakfast- way better than I expected based on other hotels I’ve been to. The lady serving breakfast on September 7th was such a sweet person too. She had a bright, beautiful smile and she asked how we slept. Great area for the hotel because there was so much stuff to do within walking distance. Overall, I had a wonderful experience.

United StatesThere should have been advanced information letting customers know that the hotel backs up to a traintrack. There were MULTIPLE train horns blaring at all hours of the stay including at 3:45am! Considering we were there for a PAC dance competition and had to be up at 6am it was difficult to get a good night sleep. At almost $200 for a single night it was NOT worth the stay.
