We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe room was not a suite as expected. There was dirty water in restroom sink when we checked in. The sink was clogged and maintenance had to come. The shower didn't have a shower drain, but a open hole in the floor. The breakfast was nasty. The first morning, they ran out of plates and food. Didn't eat the second day. The third morning, the same nasty, but they also didnt have any option meat for those who did not eat pork. They ran out of blankets at the front desk.

United States of AmericaThe hotel room smelled of a little odor. It needed a better cleaning. Where the bath linen was at it needed a good cleaning. The bathroom sink did not drain properly. And the toilet had to keep holding the handle down for it to flush.
The hotel was great and the staff was Awesome and a lot of fun and very helpful so we really enjoyed them and there smiles. The breakfast was ok could be better.

United States of AmericaWe arrived in Atlanta at 9 o’clock at night and upon going into the restroom we saw a hole in the ceiling above the shower that looks like an apparent leak that had busted out the ceiling when I called the front desk to report it she told me that this had been here for a couple of months and for me to contact the office manager the next morning and that there was no rooms available. The next morning as I was standing at the mirror getting ready I heard water falling and I turned and looked and there was water pouring out of the hole in the ceiling. When I went to the front desk to show them the video I had recorded the lady at the front desk, called someone and ask them if they could move me into another room, at that point they had a room available so from 9 PM until 8 AM suddenly there was a clean room and they were able to move me. This is unacceptable and questionable on the stableness of this building if the floors are rotting in between the hotel rooms. I feel like I should have been offered a free night, because I had to sleep in that room that night and it was unsafe, and the room was very unclean. The carpet had not been vacuumed either, and there was something rubbed all over the wall beside the toilet. This room should NEVER be rented in that condition.

During checkout Staff was very pushy and condescending with their attitude and having other guests evacuate rooms without being fully dressed and prepared. It seems to be some sort of military plan. We have stayed at the Hampton Cm Crk numerous times without ANY problems !! The hotel is deteriorating (staff and bldg wise). Will not be staying again ... 👎

They where short staff in housekeeping. My family car got broken into that night. This was my 50th birthday party very bad experience.

United States of Americathe staff didn't want to be at work and it showed. The guy on night shift had our car towed and said it was parked wrong. I've stayed at this hotel at least 10-15 times in the last 2 years. I literally park in the same space everytime. The price increased almost $30 in the last two months for the same room!
