We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

From the reception staff to housekeeping everyone was upbeat and so helpful. I had injured one foot and was very limited in my walking. Gary went out of his way when he arrived at work and saw me trying to put the cart in with my luggage. He took the cart and helped me along to my room once I was checked in. He told me to call him at the front desk if I needed anything. Toward bedtime I realized I needed bottled water to take my medication so I called down to the desk. Gary was busy, but another great young man whose name was Alex, I think, brought the water up and was cheery and positive! This morning, I was having a hard time trying to guide the cart with my luggage on it out of the room. A lovely young lady from housekeeping just jumped right in and helped me and even took my luggage to my car for me. I feel terrible that I don’t recall whether I saw her name tag. then I went in to have breakfast and was having so much trouble getting around that one of the breakfast ladies asked what Bi wanted and had me sit down while she plated the food for me! A lovely young Middle Eastern woman and the morning desk clerk walked me to my car when they saw how much trouble I was having. These employees were the kindest and most patient people. As an employer, you are extremely fortunate to have so many caring people working at your facility. I love staying in Hampton Inns, and yours is #1! Thank you to each of these marvelous people!

United States of AmericaI traveled to Detroit to attend a funeral. The hotel's shuttle service was not clearly outlined. So, January 16, 2022 was blistering cold. I stood waiting for the shuttle well over an hour before I decided to phone the contact number given by the hotel. The contact number went straight to voicemail. I was able to locate the number in which someone answered to finally get to the hotel. I missed the visitation portion of the funeral. The bedspread was dirty. I requested a clean one and was given a sheets/covers in a package. I spent top dollar at a hotel in which I myself made the bed. All the staff had already gone home. The hotel is dated and not worth the rate.

United States of AmericaI didn’t like the fact that in order for us to get more towels as requested each time we stayed, we were told to give our old one’s back first. We were notified that the hotel has a towel shortage, and in order to get towels, we had to give them our old ones, and they would bring them later. Total inconvenience, and something that should be specified upon check in. We could not take showers until they delivered them in the AFTERNOON. My girlfriend and I were livid. If there’s a towel shortage, then how about buying some more towels???! That hotel charges too much money to not have towels. Ridiculous! My room was also never cleaned even though I requested the service 3 times during our stay. I love Hampton Inn’s, so this was very disappointing to me. I would consider staying at other Hampton’s, but never this one again. Strong suggestion…….buy some towels!

United States of AmericaWe were not happy with the cleanliness of the room. The first room we stayed in we saw dirt on the mattress and then we were moved to another room which smelled of cigarette smoke. When we told the receptionist about it she was apologetic but said that they have a lot of people from a business that frequents their hotel who like to smoke in the rooms, even thought they are non-smoking. She provided us with Lysol to help with the smell and offered for someone to come clean it for us but it was late at night so we declined. We saw dust and dirt and food particles by the nightstands on the floor and the carpet was dirty. We just expected more out of Hampton Inn and Suites, especially for the cost of the room at $140 per night.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were responsive when we shared our concerns. The shuttle service was timely and it was nice that they offered breakfast to go for early morning flights. We also appreciated the coffee and tea in the morning!

United States of AmericaThe shuttle is on-demand only, but not clearly show in the description. The room only has one chair and one small table. It is difficult to have lunch in the room, cause you will not find the place to sit down. You can only stand by the high table.

United States of AmericaThe free shuttle never came because my calls with my name, phone number and request for a shuttle went to the off duty manager’s phone, so the front desk never got the messages. I wasted a lot of time waiting and being inconvenienced by having to make other arrangements. The shuttle was a reason I chose this hotel. I received an apology the next day but no offer of compensation of any kind.

United States of AmericaThere was really nothing I didn’t like. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or a bar, but they utilize the property next door for that so the situation is easily remedied.
Everyone was so nice and accommodating. We got there very late on Friday night, and we were hoping to get a drink.  There was no bar at the hotel, but the person at the desk advised us that we could just walk right next door and the market shop was open in the adjacent hotel. It was very nice of them to tell us that, and that worked out perfectly. I wanted advice on a movie theater to go to and the girl at the desk looked that up on Sunday and advised me on which theater to go to. In addition I had to use the computer to prepare a document and they offered me help because the computer was not working properly. At every turn, they were very accommodating.
