This place is old and dated. Some items are run down an need replacement. For example, the bed backrest is a pleather and it is pealing. The colors suggest the 70's and 80's was the last refit. There were rust stains in the bathtub. I cut my leg on a sharp edge of the bed frame while trying to squeeze between the bed and the window.

Lobby toilet flushed slow/weakly. Bed wasn't to our liking, but was fine. Surprised wifi wasn't included. We usually like to connect our laptop to the TV and stream.

Breakfast was great. Lots of waffle toppings. Clean and organized. Whirlpool in room filled fast!

Dirty room on arrival just cleaned it myself, no early check in, room was very small, whirlpool tub small, smelled of a unknown odor through halls and room, with it being the Hampton name and the price I paid for a suite I was not satisfied.

We had to fix the toilet 2x to keep it from running constantly. Lack of vending machines not convenient. No refrigerator.

Breakfast was terrible - powdered egg omelet with artificial cheese omelets and turkey sausage. It went in trash and I settled for toast. The fresh fruit offering was brown bananas (days past their prime). The orange juice was good.

Our toilet backed up and overflowed. I had to go down to the front desk and fetch a plunger, which the attendant readily provided. However when I asked if we could get housekeeping to come and clean up the bathroom I was informed there was only one person working in the hotel and it would be a while before he could do it. So my wife said she’d do it. The attendant provided a mop and a bottle of bleach and she got it done. So we could have done without having to travel back and forth from the 3rd floor to the front desk dealing with the fallout from a faulty toilet.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and breakfast was delicious.

it was very dark in our room — even with all the lamps and lights on. the entry light had a bulb burned out and all the lines gets seemed to be half the wattage they should have been. I also didn’t like that the mirror in the room was hung over the coffee maker cocktail table instead of the desk where I could curl my hair or do my makeup.

we stayed in a handicapped room. it was big and the bathroom had extra grab bars and was huge — lots of room for a walker.

wallpaper peeling off the wall in the room, room smelled like mildew, tv remote didn’t work, cigarette burns on the hot tub, shower, and sink, bed headboard looked like it was found in a garage sale and all torn up, and the window screen was torn.

The room The bathroom was gross and dirty . The tiles on the floor were not even properly grouted. The hotel itself was disgusting . The hallways the elevator . The remote for the TV wouldn't work . There was no food at the breakfast and we went down at 8:30 am. Breakfast was till ten. No fruit the waffles tasted like card board . The juices were out of service .

Nothing . My daughter got bit twice during her sleep by a bug . The rooms were disgusting . The breakfast was gross , the pool was nasty, the room itself was foul . This is not what I expected from a Hilton and I want some of my money back .
