Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Others have already complained about having to pay for parking, this hotel is in an industrial area that is out of the way from a lot (not far but kind of in the middle of nowhere) and the area is safe and quiet so the daily parking fee seems unreasonable. We knew we would have to pay for parking so it is what it is but guests shouldn’t be charged for parking at this hotel, it doesn’t make any sense in an unpopulated area with an empty parking lot.
The hotel is very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The daily breakfast is great, waffles, eggs, sausage as well as muffins, fruit, bread and cereal. The area is in an industrial part of town, not a lot going on, quiet and safe (something to consider if you want to be closer to offsite activities). The pool area is very nice as well.

The parking was outrageous. The only thing there was the hotel. No other businesses vying for the parking spots and yet there was a $15.00 daily parking charge.Nice hotel, stupid parking charge.

$75 pet fee is excessive. Charging $15/day to park in an empty lot is ridiculous. The hotel is fine but i won’t stay there again due to these charges.

Never have had any complaints ever when staying here.
Everything was great, just like always! The employees are always friendly and helpful. Ivan Lauren, and a young lady serving breakfast were the people with whom we interacted, and they were all great.

breakfast could have been better with more options, hot tub was broken, and $15 a day for parking when they own the parking lot seemed excessive

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. It was a very cool and rainy day and we quickly discovered that the heater in our room did not work. The staff had us efficiently moved to another room in a very short time.

The management charge USD15/day for parking which is kinda ridiculous considering the other accommodations in the vicinity offer free parking.
Decent breakfast. The location is in the suburbs/inistrial area. There's a Costco nearby and malls.

My husband hates paying for parking. I think the sausage patties at breakfast need to be upgraded to a better brand. There are other brands of frozen sausage that have been cooked nicely and actually browned before being frozen. The sausage patties served at Hampton Inns are grey. They are pretty unappetizing.
The employees are always the kindest and most helpful people! D’Sean, Tami, Ivan, the evening desk gentleman were all wonderful. We keep coming back because of the great service more than anything else.

If I should find something that could be improved, it would be the price. 185US$ is a bit at the high end when you consider the value you get incl. where the hotel is located.
I chose the hotel for its location. It is located in a rather quire area, which I liked. Also, great that the breakfast was included. The WLAN worked very well and was fast.

The pool area could be updated. The parking should not be a separate charge.
