Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaI elected to upgrade for $5/night to a renovated room and based on the scuffs, tears, and chipping of the entire room it was not what I got. Also all of the rooms smelled like smoke so badly. I get that the casino floors will smell like smoke, but we never got a break from it unless we were outside.
Variety of restaurants, Goldfish slot game, bed was comfortable

United States of AmericaI was told one price when we checked in and then as I went to check out it was an additional $100 charge to my card. Don’t think I’ll use a third party again when booking a hotel that holds the first nights deposit. It’s too confusing on what’s to be charged and when. Also, there were BLOOD STAINS ON THE COMFORTERS!!! PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK THE WHOLE ROOM INSIDE AND OUT!! And there was a power outage twice while we stayed there due to them “testing solar panels”. We were comped with a $50 food and beverage credit.
Casino vibes are great especially on the weekends! Love that it has a private little boardwalk strip to walk since you’re not close to the beach

United States of AmericaI booked 2 queen beds & was given full size so it wasn’t much room for us to sleep. The bed linen was dirty and had red juice spots all over the blankets & I didn’t realize it til after the 1st night. Also I woke up with a huge bite on my stomach & it hurt really bad still 5 days later. The bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned around the sink I dropped my toothpaste on the side & picked it up covered in hair, dust & spider webs. To get to the parking lot was the most long ridiculous walk ever & if you have a stroller you can’t access it from inside because there’s only stairs & an escalator, no elevator so I had to keep going outside and crossing the street and going into the lot then taking the elevator there
The room was a nice size

United States of AmericaWas. Lie to about the swimming area and Jacuzzi. Being a free amenity for all guests. It was rather unfair that the "Free" Wi-Fi only allowed 2 devices to be connected. And you have to pay an additional nine ninety nine a ninth to use more than two devices. The lack of a microwave was also a downer when a hotel down the road could have supported that.
I very much enjoyed the comfortable bed and the casino area. The view was beautiful from the hotel room. And it was very easy to get ice into the room for our warm beverages. Housekeeping was very hospitable and supplied extra pillows. And blankets upon request.

United States of AmericaThey did not have enough room supply. We got 1shampoo 1 conditioner and I lotion also I soap for 2 people for 2 days. We ask for more but the cleaning lady said she can’t give more. Not that the supplies was good. You have to use the entire container. The rooms were noisy and at 3 am the guests were loud and the doors kept banging opening and close. Lots of people smoking pot!!!
It was quiet and away from the busy area.

United States of AmericaThere was what looked like a blood stain to the end of the top sheet on the bed closer to the entrance. The shower water is not powerful enough. There was no body soap in the shower. No creamer or sugar in the room for coffee. There are no non-smokibg areas in the casino. The smoke was all over. I lost over $200 in the machines very fast, although they were dimes.
The room was spacious. The elevators were fast. The staff were friendly. Service was timely. The food at McCormick was good. I won $500.

United States of AmericaNot a fan of the slot selection as well as having to pay $10 to use the pool where I’m already paying to stay. It was a very nice pool but I didn’t like that it was an extra cost on top of a pricy hotel room.
The waterfront renovated rooms were very clean and comfy. Dining selection was good and the pool was very nice!

United States of AmericaThe hotel elevator was dirty all day with spilled food. I didn't like that there was only 1 valet when I came in to park at 9:30 at night and was told I was in a "high end" hotel. The "high end" hotels that I have stayed in have a few valets working and it is a much easier and smooth check in. Also I made numerous requests to be placed near a group of friends and we were spread throughout the hotel.
I liked the room and proximity to the convention floor.
