There could’ve been more breakfast food options available, but as there’s so much around the hotel that wasn’t a big problem.

The hotel is in the center of the strip, so it’s a good starting point for roaming around LV. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and had all the facilities we needed.

The sound isolation was not really good. I can hear the sound from outside all night.

The Starbucks opens very early. My friend and I set off at 5am and it was really helpful being able to grab a coffee right after we checked out.

The inside building is old and the lights are dim.

No clear direction leads to the front desk, lobby rooms and etc. The staff at the front desk was not friendly n impatient.

I didn't like that there wasn't a Mini fridge in the room because it was difficult to keep our drinks cold. The main thing I really didn't like was the fact the the shower had no door. The water leaked out so bad it reached the carpet. We didn't realize it and had a huge mess to clean up. We used up all our towels drying up the water. Even after knowing that the shower leaked it was difficult to stop the shower from letting water out. It was tough to shower and keep the restroom dry. I called for a possible upgrade and was told the hotel was booked and that all the restrooms were the same. So there was no chance of upgrading.

Food was pricey, but convenient. We had a couple in the next room screaming at each other for like 3 or more hours which was horrible. I'm just glad we didn't have kids with us. The language was atrocious. I know that is definitely not the hotels fault but it was very disturbing.

Room hot. Called staff & it was fixed. Had no body wash dispenser for 3 days. The entire dispenser was missing. Had to repeatedly ask the staff and front desk. Small bar soaps didn't work well. Got dispenser but no body wash. Finally got body wash on last day. On top of that we get charged a 50 resort fee!!!!

The cleanliness of my room was subpar. The sink was not cleaned properly, the bedding had hair in the in it. Don’t like the pool had at cutoff time of 6 pm. Need an adult area, separate from children if you don’t bring your kids, I don’t want to see anyone else’s !!!

This has to do more with Vegas in general than the hotel specifically but everything in Vegas has gotten astronomically more expensive, especially the restaurants in the hotel.

Modern finishings, very central location. Check in desk person was extremely helpful and friendly. Much appreciated!

The one thing I did not like was the heavy smoking on the first floor. Even though the casino floor is there also the food areas were smoked out and unable to eat without smelling it. Although the LinQ alley is footsteps away some of the street vendors right out front basically naked and hustling for money and I had 2 teenage girls. We stayed at the Delano the rest of the week and none of these experiences occurred.

We flex in early and had no problem checking in at 10 am for and extra 50 dollars. I didn't mind that because we could drop our bags in the room and start our vacation.

Restaurant options were not great compared to other hotels. We did not interact with a single staff member (everything automated). There are better casinos on the strip.

Great location, clean room with super comfortable beds! The main area of the hotel was also nice and clean, and was not as big as other hotels so easy to find your way around.

chambermaid removed personal items from room before I had checked out which required my running around trying to find lost and found instead of being able to say an unhurried goodbye to my family.

Too much AC at times

Everything was awesome, I would only tone down on the AC in the hotels, it was a bit cold at times in the lobbies where the machines are
