We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Close to the amphitheater for the concert. The shuttle for $15 took you right to the gates and you didn't have to wait in the long line. Rooms were big and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I loved the fact that the handicap accessible shuttle bus picked up my father and took him over to the amphitheatre. We were able to have a great time.

United StatesWhen we returned to hotel nothing open for food. The hotel needs a or a couple of shops open for hungry customers returning from show would make a difference. There's a loss of business because of this we,ll look somewhere else next trip that has food after the shows.

United StatesThe shuttle was a lot slower and not as organized as usual. We had to wait 40 minutes to get on a shuttle and then when it was finally our turn the staff started letting people behind us get on the bus before us. The ride back went great though!

I like how close it is to the concert venues. The shuttles are worth it. Rooms are soundproof. I couldn't hear a thing from my neighbors. Lots of restaurants.
