Now this hotel has roaches and the rooms are not well kept the walls are nasty the furniture is not what it used to be and the pool is gone basketball court is gone the fitness center is gone the cooked breakfast is gone it just need to be torn down and be redone

I have been in this hotel since 2009 I've had my honeymoon there in 20111 I've lived there 8 months when I had no other chose the hotel was beautiful it had a pool it was well kept and overall the only hotel I would go to

The bathroom and shower were dirty. It looked as if someone sprayed cleaner in the shower and walked away leaving the cleaner to create streaks in the dirt and grime. There were old bars of soap on top of the shower surround. And the carpet looked as though it had NEVER been vacuumed, muchless ever steam cleaned. The carpet was stained with visible dirt everywhere.

Towels and bedding seemed newer and properly laundered. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It appears that most if not all the appliances in the suites were recently replaced (dozens of older units were packed together in the basketball court outside our room making for a scenic view). We had a newer fridge and oven in our suite.

It wasn't very clean, the TVs were barely functioning, not a lot of lighting, and heat wasn't working very well.

It was a cute layout for the room, cozy, and the front desk staff were very helpful.

We had stayed here a few times and although it's been a few years we were excited to do so again based on our past experiences. When we go there first disappointment was the pool was close. The room looked fine although there was a musky smell that opeing the side slide door for a while tool care of that. Then we notice the knob for the shower/tub was broken. They were great and it was easy and fast to get an upgrade to another room. The next morning we were also excited for the complementary breakfast to just also be disappointed. There seem to not be much there. A few small cereal boxes, waffle wix with one community syrup that we had to share and borther the other guests to use. We had to ask for type of drinks that a staffer had to go get to make sure it was measured to save on waste. A few juice boxes was available for the kids. I was advised this was under new management, we like the layout of the space but will wait a while and see if things improve before we stay there again.

We were in room 1014 the smoke smell was horrible I had to keep my mask on because of copd and the bathroom door was busted. Remolding could help some.

The photos that advertised the property must have been fake. When I arrived I walked in the “lobby” to check in and I immediately walked right out. The pool was shut down and from the looks of it, it was shut down for a VERY LONG TIME. Extremely dirty and felt unsafe. I had children with me and knew we could not stay there. I asked for a refund due to my children desperately wanting a pool to swim in (if I knew/was told the pool was not in use we would not have booked) and was denied a refund. It was so terrible we still decided to stay somewhere else and pay full price at another hotel.

Everything else. They room was moldy and smelled horrible. The loft area was so hot we could not even go up there, even with the AC on, which could only be set at 74. The location was Sketchy. People smoking on every staircase, dogs outside not on leashes. It looked like an apartment complex turned Hotel, but without any upgrades. Very old and outdated. The pool was not open and looked like it hadn't been in years, which is nothing like the pictures. Breakfast options were very limited and upstairs in a hot and stuffy little area. Checking out took forever, I paid cash for my deposit, but the guy at the counter either couldn't read English or just thought I'd walked away after taking so long. He skipped over the envelope with my name multiple times, I had to point it out over and over, and he finally gave it to me. On top of all that, my entire family left this hotel sick, and all we did was sleep here. If there had been any other available hotels for the time we needed, we wouldn't have stayed.

Front desk staff was nice! Outside of that though, I ended up not even staying. Walked in, looked around for five seconds and immediately left. It was dingy and bodily fluids on the night stand. Found a different hotel to stay in and never received a refund upon request.

The pullout mattress of the couch was flat and disgusting no sheets or pillow, for it had to go to front desk to receive. Mold on the ceiling, the shower was disgusting, the phone did not work in the room, the floor was tore up that was our second room we attempted to sleep in. Our first room when you stepped on the floor by the sink in the bathroom, water would go up from the floorboards.

Prostitutes. Drug addicts, beggars outside your door, they have to keep the place so lit up at 3 in the morning I thought I had slept through my alarm.
