The bed was like completely caved in! My girlfriend had to use a pillow to fill in the hole in the bed. The kitchen was super dirty especially the fridge and bathroom. The sheets weren't clean either.

Had to change rooms… first room had roaches in the bed and other little bugs. The room was not very clean and smelled of mildew. Got a new room and it was much better. Also hate that you can’t take the breakfast back to the room.

I have stayed here off and on for several years. It hotel is older but it is clean and quiet. They have made changes to the policy and it is for the better. The room is large and spacious.

The sliding door to the patio was extremely hard to open. The toilet wouldn't flush sometimes. The a.c. cooled the living room, but it wasn't cooling where the bed was. The bed would have been comfy however there was a pretty big dent in the mattress

I am not used to staying at an extended stay, so I felt a little uneased about staying at a place where one enters their room directly from the outside like and apartment. A channel guide would have been helpful to have to figure out what stations/movies channels I could access. The main inconvenience was the gnats in our room. We believe the gnats were coming from a gap between the hardwood floor and the rubber board in the bathroom. The refrigerator light was out but it was still working and kept things cold. We had to use a towel to reduce the chances of slipping in the tub during a shower. Someone played loud music nearby for awhile but it stopped around our bedtime.

Overall, it was a decent place to stay for the price. The staff was courteous and professional. The roomy, apartment feel was nice. The other occupants at the extended stay were very nice and respectful. The staff respected our wishes to not have house cleaning done to out room. The grab and go bag breakfast was nice. The proximity to attended event was a plus. Again, it was a decent place to stay for the price.

People partied really loud and long above me until at least 2 am. I did not call management because I thought they would know it was me and that may make my stay there unsafe. Toilet seat was broken and when I spilled some water on the bathroom floor and wiped it up with a white wash cloth and it came back blackish gray. The room was extremely difficult to find. The only display of the room number was on the door which you could not see from the road or parking lot. I suggested numbers on the wall of the building that faces the parking lot but the staff argued that the numbers are on the door. I bet it wouldn’t cost more than $10 to buy some numbers.

There wasn’t really a breakfast but for that price I didn’t expect one. They did hand out a bag with a capri sun and a granola bar and some cookies which was enough for me. Loved the kitchen in the room and the size of the room.

The rooms were dirty. Along with the towels and bedding. Smelled like drugs. Had to change rooms. Then had to choose between two other rooms and the final room chosen was a 5/10. They are independently owned and they don't care about that property.

If you want xtend your room stay be prepared to pay $40 cash extra for early check in even if already in room , front desk kept charging my card at night I woke up with multiple emails and negative in my account stay away worst place that steals your money and goes in your room when gone that’s why there a sign that says not responsible for valuables I. The room , completely horrible

Staff was odd. I did not get my $100 deposit back. Also when booking on booking.com if you extend they charge you $40 early check-in fee even if you're already in the room if you don't book through them. This is ridiculous. It all sets the $60 plus a week or so if by booking through booking.com. I was not happy about this at all. There's no reason to get charged for $40 early check-in fee if you've already been in a room for 2 weeks and there's no lapse in payment.

Location was great. There was breakfast every morning which was awesome the room was really large with a full kitchen, room was great.

I definitely do not recommend this hotel to people, because there were broken glass pieces in the room and my foot was cut. The staff treated us like animals
