It’s not properly cleaned, there were cockroaches in the room strong smell of humidity and no way to open windows.

I had read on reviews they provide a free shuttle to the parks but they actually don't. The room smelled like smoke very badly but there wasn't another room available for the first night so we had to sleep there even if i have told them we are non smokers and have allergies. They changed us rooms on the following nights though. Rooms are ok but not as nice as the price would suggest

It’s old and visibly tired. WiFi was slow but worked consistently. Everything was kinda loud - the HVAC system, the dishwasher, etc.

Honestly I was scared given the Google reviews I saw but our room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked. The staff was very friendly. It was nice having a kitchenette with pots, pans, and dishes. Location was quiet yet convenient to I Drive and lots of restaurants and such. I would stay here again.

Light in the kitchen was flickering. Some lamps didn’t work. Mini stove took a while to heat water. Microwave didn’t have a plate in it had to request one from management. Room smelled like smoke.

The location is great near restaurants, shopping marts, stores and amusement rides.

The desk staff on Monday morning 16th (Ricardo?) was helpless. The dishwasher wasn’t working and we asked for assistance, he did not send someone to check the machine.

The elevators are terrible: very slow and only one works Take care of small details, for example, the bathroom extractor fan made a lot of noise and we preferred not to turn it on.

The front desk clerk was lacking on customer service skills. I was standing in line while he dealt with the group checking in. He turns to me and says this is going to take a very long while. It was almost 9, I just wanted to check in and get my kids to bed. I said ok, but I need to check in. It took him a few minutes to realize I wasn't going anywhere before he decided to check me in while the other guests were in hold? I don't know. But he needs some training.

The location was great. The room was spacious, very spacious. Clean, great amenities. It was quiet, we felt safe.

The room needs some updating. The rug was stained, windows need some darkening curtains. It was too much light. Also we didn’t have sponge or liquid detergent to wash a few cups we used. Just dishwasher and detergent for it. For a few cups it would have been a waste of water to use the dishwasher. I washed those with hand soap.

The staff is very good, the location is excellent, the hotel is very quiet, nice to relax. The suite is large and very comfortable for a family.

housekeeping! housekeeping came to our room at 9am and without knocking walked in on me and my husband having intercourse.! and it didn’t stop there ANOTHER housekeeper came a hour later knocking repeatedly to the point I had to get out of character and tell her it’s not even checkout time get away from my door.! when I told the front desk I’m leaving a hour before without a shower or anything because of this all he said was that he’d speak to the manager there is no accommodation in that.! Don’t know about returning because of this weirdness
