Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The infrastructure is a bit old. We struggled to make the AC work properly so if you suffer with the heat in summertimes like us, this is not your hotel. Our bathroom door was also not closing smoothly. Maintenance is needed.
The hotel is well located with easy access to the center.

The room was great, much more than i expected.. comfortable with basics in the kitchenette area, full sized fridge, microwave, some dishes, silverware, small coffee pot.

Small shower and bathroom overall.
Location was great, close to Stateline entertainment and dinning. Price was best we could find. Had a huge refrigerator, microwave, dishes,cups,glasses etc..for and extended stay..small table and chairs.

The toilet had “stuff” on the outside of the bowl and in front of it on the floor. We told the manager about it and he sent the housemaids to clean it, but when we arrived back at our room, it was still there. So we ended up cleaning it.

For $300 a night, there's not even a headboard, a very bare minimum room. The shower is small, I can't describe the room, it's just very nothing there.
The location is spot on, close to Heavenly, food, drinks, and the beach. Big room, clean, fine for 1 night since we were there to take care of business.

Paying additional fees for my two small dogs, although it was cheaper than other places in Lake Tahoe.
We loved the hot tub in the room, very relaxing after being out and about all day. Also, the location is walking distance to Heavenly Village and the beach. The man who checked us in was very nice as well.

The room was clean, however towels were little old and no longer white. My kids wanted to watch something on TV but the tv didnt have many options, and it wasn't a smart TV to connect to Netflix or other TV entertainments.
Heavenly inn is very close to restaurants, stores and entertainment. I was minutes to the lake, the area is nice. Easy to find. The room size is good, its like a mini suit, with small dinning table, kitchen without stove, but appliances like microwave and refrigerator. We forgot to bring cups and plates, but the suit provided with utensils and dish plates. I got everything I need it for my vacation.

The only bummer was that our TV didn't work properly. So we weren't able to just relax and watch t v at night... But we survived. LOL
The room was very clean and the service from the staff was excellent! My wife and I were celebrating our nineteenth anniversary. I called ahead to see if the staff could make sure there were flowers in the room when we arrived as a surprise for my wife. Not only were there a dozen beautiful roses, but we were both surprised when we walked in and saw two amazing swans with your necks together, forming a heart... AND they were made out of towels! One of our staff members had gone to towel sculpturing classes to learn how to do these wonderful displays! The whole experience was exceptional, especially the spa tub in the room! We enjoyed ourselves immensely. Thank you Heavenly Inn!

I liked our stay with. We had got an upstairs but after checking in o requested a downstairs one and they were able to accommodate it. Facilities were good with a kitchenette and jst a walk away from restaurants.

The mattresses were very soft that made my back hurt and couldn’t sleep. My husband had the same problem as me.
Everything is almost good but there’s the only issue for me is the mattresses are too soft that make my back hurts. My husband has the same problem as me too. Although that , I still like this property cuz it is very convenient like having microwave, fridge and sinks.
