The room smelled very musty and there was paint peeling off of the ceiling in numerous places. There was a light bulb missing in the light over the bathroom sink. The door, that led directly to the outside, was not sealed with weather stripping and you could see daylight which also means bugs/mice can get in. There are many geese on this property that use your car as a target.

Quite expensive compared to other local hotels and last Oct I paid significantly less than this year.

The view of the room was through a smaller window to the parking lot. That was very disappointing since I thought I paid for an upgrade to have a better view. The room was okay but was not really clean as it was stated in other reviews that helped to make my decision to book at Hershey resort.

The location of the resort was perfect to walk to sight and sound theater. It is also in close proximity to many of the sights around the community. The included breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The little shops and cafe 23 was a great choice for a lunch or light dinner.

I have no complaints.

pool was open until 10 p.m. Perfect for an after dinner swim with the kiddos. The buffet breakfast which was complimentary was fab. On sunday there was a brunch which was phenomenal.

The bathroom. The bathroom in our room was WAY too small. So small that the sink was outside of the bathroom

Everything ! This resort is so nice ! Definitely went over our expectations. Clean, comfortable, great food, friendly staff ! This will definitely be the only resort that we stay at when visiting Lancaster. We can’t wait to come back !

We arrived on a Sunday and a lot of business venue are closed.

Rate included breakfast for how many people you registered. I love their shops, lots of merch and comparable prices. The property is spacious, they have a walking trail, playground for kids and swimming pool. I will definitely keep them in my list of hotels to stay in.

The only thing I didn’t particularly care for was the bathroom in our room at the farmhouse which was minor and didn’t have an impact on our stay at all.

It was a beautiful property. The scenery, amenities, food and the staff were amazing. Our stay exceeded my expectations.

The room had no dresser or cubby. Our tops were all pullovers so the hangers couldn't be used. Opening the suitcase all the time was a hassle. In the shower when pulling up the knob for shower, the faucet still flowed leaving the shower head with low pressure.

Breakfast was good but didn't stay hot for very long when put on plate. Had a lot of choices. We were there for Sight and Sound so location was fantastic. Beautiful grounds.

I would have loved the entire bathroom to have been enclosed instead of the sink being part of the bedroom. I get up a few hours before my wife and I’m not the quietest person in the world.

Everything, everywhere was exceptionally clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable which led to two good nights sleep.
