A beautiful hotel, it is quite new, chic, stylish and modern - just the style I prefer. I was told that the hotel was designed by a woman, if someone is interested. The room was spacious, the bathroom enough too. A plus for an additional make-up mirror and the Molton Brown cosmetics. I had a nice view at the area from my window. Perfect location, Aventura mall, Publix, some other shops nearby. Easy way to Miami.

We would have liked more affordable breakfast options. We opted to have outside the hotel due to cost.

Staff were friendly and accommodating, rooms were clean and spacious, beds amazingly comfortable. Shuttle to mall was a big plus. Would stay again

Nothing could have been better, it was a 10/10.

The hotel was way better than I imagined, truly even better than the pictures. The hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the room felt luxurious.

Great hotel. Bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable with plenty cupboard space. Good couch and small table gives plenty of room and comfort.

The only thing I didn’t like was the ice machine on 8th floor. ( OUT OF ORDER )

The price of charging an electric car is 1 ISD when the mall has a charger for 30 cents the kilowatt ! Rip off

Confortable, good breakfast ( a little slow but good), nice bar and coffee shop with smacks, shuttle to the mall and parking is convenient All good and nice service

Signs for arrivals, but when you found the garage entry, it was all fine.

Late arrival by car and had to make some manoeuvres before understanding that you just drive to the parking hall 3rd floor and take an elevator to the Lobby at 7th floor. Convenient once you understood it. One of the best and most helpful & polite receptionists I've met in any hotel. Not just one of them, but all the staff. Got a high floor room with a city view - fine. Found out that there is Aventura mall just under our window, but still need a car to get there. No problem. Hotel was or looked brand new. Large common areas. Live music in the evenings at lobby-level. Great service at poolside restaurant. The dishes were of high quality, beautifully arranged and refined. The pool area was stylish and in the right direction, so it was worth taking a sunny moment of rest after breakfast. Breakfast was not included to the room rate and it was not of buffet-type, so prepare for queuing. If you need it fast, use the small coffee shop in the lobby. Room was modern and super clean. Coffee machine and silent air conditioning system.

There was an issue with the hot water. It was not working at all when we arrived; after a few calls, they fixed it on the sink, but to get hot water in the shower, we had to wait 4.5 minutes, which is an incredible amount of water waste.

Their shuttle service was vital for our stay. Don Juan was very friendly and right on time.

Usually hotels provide water (without asking) but not here (I didnt ask). The wifi was disconnecting every few hours, I needed it for work, but other than that was ok. I wish they were more vegan friendly.

Great staff, clean and nice room, the hotel is beautifully designed and clean, I highly recommend it.
