United StatesA continental breakfast was $ priced person and it was very basic. The sink in the bathroom would not drain, and we noticed the blood stains on the sheets after we slept in the bed. We went to put our food in fridge ( very cold and had space) but found someone's chicken wings in the bottom.

United StatesThe first front desk clerk was not as nice as the second. But I felt both were dismissive. The first clerk some how did not check us in and our key cards did did work. I never did get my eltronic key. I also don't like that I could not check in till 3pm but have to check out by 11. Less than a 24 hour period for what was paid for a room. Should be like noon to noon or 11 to 11. Now this survey is not working. The last question is not taking my answer

United States-$18 per person upcharge for the breakfast buffet. -Parking was $17 a day.
-Facilities were beautiful, staff very accommodating. -Breakfast was very good. -Dinner was very good also, price was reasonable considering the deluxe nature of the hotel. -The parking garage linked to the hotel through an enclosed climate controlled bridge across the street at the 2nd floor.

United KingdomRoom was not cleaned on a daily basis. Would recommend set times to do this. Changing towels on a daily basis is not enough. It should be hoovered, dusted and beds changed and made on a daily basis. Very disappointed with this service.

United StatesI didn't like the small variety of food they offered at the restaurant. You would expect it to have alot of options considering it's supposed to be a fancy hotel with alot of different cultures that come through. Also for such a big hotel the pool area was so small. You would think they would have atleast a Jacuzzi area.
It is huge and alot of things going on. It has a resturant and a Starbucks. With alot of things to do around it. It is very close to local attractions such as the Fort Wayne's Children's zoo, the Science Museum, and convention centers. The rooms and the hotel in general are very clean and well put together. Customer service was great, and they even texted me every day asking how things were going and if we needed anything. Also the pool was so warm, which is awesome.
