I'm handicap and walk with a cane and the toilet was very low for me I couldn't get up without help from family member.

The room was very clean, nice and cool when we walked in. Nice big bed with clean white sheets. The pool and gym was a great bonus.

The staff is one of the best I´ve ever had the chance to interact. The front desk, the attention during the breakfast, the room were really very clean, the clean personal was outstanding and very helpful. Everything was great and this has become my place to go in Milford.

The only problem was the shade did not go all the way up with the control. However it did go down then up to the initial place.

I thought the visit went well. The breakfast was great. The location was a pleasant surprise (I’m from CT as well).

There were bottles of water in the room, but free only for members. Although it's a ubiquitous practice, I don't like that all the cups/glasses are single use.

Hilton Garden Inn is just what you would expect from a big chain. Comfortable, clean accommodations, friendly staff. I liked that the new (?) line of toiletries used are free of heavy perfumes and harmful additives. It was fun watching the line of traffic going past our hotel to Lowe's.

The shower door stuck making it very loud to open and close. I reported it to the front desk but it wasn't repaired by the end of my stay.

The room was fine and the bed was comfortable. The HVAC worked well which is something that I often find an issue with when traveling. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was above average.

when we first arrived, after 3pm, our room was not ready and the computer was not functioning, so we were not able to get room keys for the first ten minutes. the staff was apologetic and did whatever they could to fix the situation. Breakfast was ok because the hot entrees were lukewarm or even cold. I tried to open a bagel for toasting but it was so hard , I gave up

Please put cream, sugar, and stirrers, for coffee in the rooms. Otherwise I loved it!

Excellent breakfast. I love DirecTV. I love the giant windows and beds. It was quiet and peaceful. And the exercise equipment was fun to use. The pool is nice. And the spacious lobby and friendly staff were very helpful.

There was no cream or sugar or stirrers in the pantry for morning coffee. I had bought a coffee but couldn't stir it. The only other issue is I would have liked to take stairs if they were near the elevator. Maybe next time. Otherwise I give the hotel five stars!

The wonderful facilities, exercise room, comfortable bed, nice TV, delicious breakfast, and amicable staff were all wonderful, as well as the spacious beautiful decor. And I was not disturbed, which is important to me.

It's not that I didn't like it but more that something I missed. I know they have breakfast for a price but I don't think that price worth it. For less than 18$ you can eat a very good breakfast elsewhere and that makes the people to leave the hotel earlier. That's my opinion.
