My only concern was that my room connected to the adjacent room through a shared door (which was locked), but the sound traveled really well between the two.

Great, quiet location. A bit away from the city, but easy to get to. Exceptionally nice, clean, well-kept premises. Spacious rooms. The staff were wonderful.

We did not buy the breakfast. It was too much $$. We were charged $50 after our stay for which there was no explanation. We stayed 2 nights and were quoted * per night for parking which should have been included for free with the room rate. Liked the hotel - it is close to the family we visited and the event we attended. Sad that we won't be booking there as our favorite place was only a few dollars more to book ahead and then you exceeded that with extra charges.

We stayed two nights. I didn't like that our room wasn't made up between nights. Our snacks were refilled but that person had to step over a decent stack of trash to refill them. But I learned that because we didn't request a cleaning, they don't do that. The world I live in, that kind of customer service is automatic. We overlooked the beds not being made but the trash not even attempted was not acceptable. Also, when I clicked on the booking originally, the price was $178 per night. Our actual charge was $199 per night. Also, our key card did not open the pool.

We stayed 4 nights and maids only cleaned room 1 time despite asking for daily cleaning. Also even though they only cleaned the room 1 time they only left 2 sets of towels for 2 people. We were told they only clean every other day, if that’s the way they do it there should be towels left for 2 days instead of customer having to request towels. We did request more towels & told they would bring them but ended up having to go to front desk to get more towels.

There was an over powering smell of menthal or eucalyptus in my room. Housekeeping couldn't get smell out. No room transfer was offered.

Breakfast was good.easy access from freeway was good. Parking was good. 3 pillows per bed was good. Comfortable beds.

The attendant who checked us in neglected to give us our free breakfast vouchers. Free breakfast was to be included per the ad here, but instead, we spent money the previous day on a mediocre breakfast there. Upon checking out we were offered our vouchers which at that point didn't matter. We were charged $8 a day to park in an open parking lot with no security, and $5 per day for wifi.

The bed was very comfortable and clean. Whirlpool was great, water nice and hot. Room was well stocked. Great water pressure.

They charge for parking each night. I don't think this is necessary because it has a large, open parking lot surrounding the hotel.

Beds were very comfortable. The room was clean, large and appointed well.

Customer service. Claudia had no greeting, no direction to my hotel room, and texted the wrong message that was supposed to go to a different person. She needs more training.

Housekeeping staff woke us up at 720am on Sunday talking loudly on walkie talkies outside our room. They were loudly cleaning rooms around us and slamming doors. We ended up just getting up early and checking out as you could hear every noise. Breakfast was mediocare and not complimentary. Expected more for the high room rates.

Location was good. Staff friendly, but difficult to understand. It was clean.
