The property has a great location. Nearby the main roads and lots of places to eat.

The microwave didn't work in the room and it was not a nice enough hotel to pay for breakfast but good for the staff to make money.

The location was a nice place to walk around. Peaceful when I was there and the pond that's close enough to walk to.

The mattress in the sofa bed needs cleaning. There was no tissue in the bathroom. I had to go ask for tissue, wash clothes, bath towels, and pillow cases. And for the price, I thought breakfast was included for my family, but I was told it wasn't. My 5 year old grandson has autism and I asked the desk clerk to try to put us around other children so there wouldn't be a problem with him crying or being up late but we were told by the night clerk that he was bothering the guest next to us.

The rooms don’t seem to be well noise insulated. We could hear the food steps from the people who stayed over us. It was annoying.

We had some key card issues. Had to replace it a few times but it could also be fault on our end since I've heard keeping the keycard by your other cards tends to turn the keycard off. Other than that, honestly no complaints really!

I loved how it was in the middle of everything almost. Things were pretty close by. To get to the beach was around a half hour drive but that's not that bad considering the location. The breakfast was nice! It was buffet type of breakfast that you choose your own food or you can custom order breakfast foods. The rooms were very nice, clean, and they had an ice machine room on our floor at the end of the hall! The pool was VERY lovely! We went at the hottest time of the year (literally) and that pool was so lovely. It wasn't ridiculously deep and only went around 5ft deep. The staff was so helpful and kind. Informing us of things to do and where to go. They are definitely hospitable!

Location. NO busy highway traffic. Love that we had no foot traffic up and down the hallways in the middle of the night.

The mattress and pillows were okay but they may need replacing soon as they were a bit saggy.

The hotel was clean, staff friendly. The location was perfect for our stay. The room was nice. Plenty of towels and we loved the room darkening shade to allow us to relax and sleep in. We would definitely stay again.

When I arrived, I didn’t feel welcomed by staff. They were overwhelmed and it showed. I tried to be nice but they weren’t accepting of it. They told be there were short staffed and my room may not have been ready. All the managers were cleaning the rooms because no one showed up for work. I didn’t need to know that. There was certainly a lack of customer service that day. Everyone had a solemn look in their face.

Upon my arrival at 2:50pm. I did not feel particularly welcomed. As though I’d committed a sin. Basically just asked me for my card and ID. No info like “the elevator is to you left, can I help you with anything else.” It felt like my punishment for arriving 10 minutes early after a 9+ hour drive.

Healthy choices, woman in the dining area very plesent and attentive.
