United StatesHad a few issues with street parking and valet services checkout day. We were on the seventh floor which was fine but the shower at times would lose pressure and cut off. Also, there isn't any mini fridges or microwaves in the room which is a bummer for a long stay. Also, the ice machine was down, and we had to go to other floors. Elevators a little slow too.
The front desk was friendly, and the view/location was perfect!

United StatesA little pricey but you get what you pay for. I was disappointed to find the balcony door bolted shut - it's not really a balcony if it can't be used. Valet price comparable to NYC! But their valets were fantastic.
Fantastic staff, beautiful hotel and great walkable location in historic Savannah near plenty of restaurants. Valet and bell service made everything so easy. Food delivery could come right to the room, which is often not the case.

United StatesOnly issues were I thought we were getting a balcony and there was a balcony but it was bolted shut, I didn't know that at the time of booking. Also the room has no mini fridge, not a huge deal but I hady elderly dog with us who eats wet food so after opening a can I had to keep it in the ice bucket.
The room was clean and comfortable. The location was wonderful. All the staff could not have been nicer especially everyone at the valet.

United StatesThe room aren't well soundproofed. You'll definitely need earplugs if you're a light sleeper! There's no fridge in the room. Signs of aging that could be addressed - not a deal breaker, but something to keep in mind.
The location is excellent, which was the main reason why we chose this hotel (in the historic district but not on the loud/busy part of town near the river). While small, the swimming pool is very nice and if you go there early morning or early afternoon it's very quiet and relaxing.

United StatesThe elevator is very slow and spent more time than I wanted waiting for it. The hallways seem a bit outdated. The safe did not open two times and needed to call to get it opened. The barrista in the lobby need more staff. My wife needed to wait for a person to serve her. One time 15 minutes. The parking is too expensive and parked in the public parking 4 blocks away.
The location in the historic district it great. You can walk to everything.

CanadaI decided to choose this hotel and room for its outdoor space that in my booking showed a beautiful outdoor patio with an amazing view of the city. Disappointed when I arrived into my room and sliding doors were bolted shut. No where on my booking did it mention the outdoor space was unavailable. When I brought it to the attention the front desk manager they took a measly $20 of my room rate.
