Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe paid for parking (something we didn't realize ahead of time), and others who visited the hotel did not. The parking garage policy seems inconsistent. Also, it was difficult in the rainy weather to figure out how to reach the hotel from the main road. The Short Hills Mall across the street was very busy, which complicated the traffic situation. This is not a fault of the hotel, but potential guests should be aware that the approach to the hotel is not straightforward. Be alert!
Our room was quite spacious. We wanted to play games with relatives we were meeting up with in the area, and we were able to sit comfortably in the room, playing, eating, and drinking. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a nice array of options, and we liked the festive holiday decor in the lobby.

United StatesThey charged us $35 for early check-in. I didn't expect the room to be ready. The staff person said "good news/bad news". The good news was the room was ready; the bad news was there would be a $35 charge for early occupancy. When we returned from Thanksgiving (we had been gone all day), we found the room hadn't been cleaned. We requested fresh towels that they did send up. When I complained at check-out, I asked that they credit us the $35 they charged for early check-in. THEY DID SO.
Thanksgiving in Short Hills so location was great.

Valet parking when arrived had car parked in open lot opposite entry while self parking was in covered garage. Charge for self-parking too steep and should be lowered. No newspapers in Hotel. Even if not complimentary, NYT, WSJ, and local should be made available to guests. Even lower tier hotels have bottled water in room and seems would be expected at a Hilton.
Food excellent. Bar staff excellent.

United StatesSheets are not soft, scratchy. For such a huge hotel, it’s unheard of not to get coffee in the morning. We had to go to dining room and buy coffee for $5 a cup. The coffee maker in the room leaked and Would have been fine. Maybe upgrade the coffee maker if you’re not gluing to have a coffee station in the lobby. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels where coffee or tea is offered.

United StatesMy Girlfriend forgot her bathing suit in the shower hanging up. When we gotten home she realized this. She called and I text since Hotel asking about my stay, took a while but said nothing was turned in :) Meanwhile I left a $20 dollar bill for whoever cleaned the room. Sad how things are today. I don’t want to spoil all the other good things about the hotel being was very nice over this. I would go back again for my Bday again for sure.

United StatesThere was no bottles of water in the room. They said I could come down to the lobby and buy. I didn’t want to leave the room. I ordered a large bottle of water for room service and it was over $20! This is a palling for a hotel. I tried to plug-in a USB for my phone and could not find an outlet. I looked to plug-in behind the nightstand, and it was extremely dirty.
