It was hard for me to relax and take in the beautiful scenery on the balcony because another guest who was staying in one of the 1st floor units was constantly coming out to smoke a joint, which I could smell! He made it very unpleasant for me to enjoy the time I could have had on my balcony for that reason. In addition, there was a lack of privacy because a family who was staying in another suite right next to mine had two little noisy ass boys looking over into my suite (from their balcony) to see what they could see and talk about. I'm a very private person so that was very upsetting and uncomfortable for me. I was going to put in a complaint about it to front desk, but I didn't bother since they were just being kids.

I really enjoyed bathing in the big tub they have, it was really rejuvenating. I felt like I was staying in a condo instead of a hotel suite. Lots of room.

Pools were absolutely not heated to 84 degrees as promised multiple times by different front desk staff. We checked all of them. Unclear about what to do with garbage. No housekeeping for stays under 5 days. Shower was hard to operate. Non functioning lights on stairs and pathways.

Lots of choice with jacuzzis. Perfect distance from town with easy great views. Short walk to amazing sunset views. Kitchen with full size fridge and 2 burner range and all the things you need to cook and serve. Including nice gas grills. Beds and pillows were great.

Wired small bugs in the kitchen sink and some small cockroaches near the kitchen and living room area. We couldn’t get the nice view from the balcony.

The room was very spacious, quiet, clean, and nice. We loved the huge bath tub! The bed was fluffy, and there were enough amenities and towels. Kitchen with all the kitchen tools and dishes, big refrigerator were also very convenient. We really enjoyed the stay.

We asked and received late check out but our keys still did not work after standard check out time.

Room was clean and had all amenities you would need. Across street from pool and main lobby. Nice experience will come again.

I had to lug my luggage down many steps from car and then up 2 flights to my room. Thankfully I am able to do this, but some may find this a problem. Room decor seems a bit out dated.

My room 268P had a great sunrise/sunset view from the balcony. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Room was clean. Loved the fact that I had a mini kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove top, sink, dishwasher! I could eat my breakfast and lunches there.

Exactly what we were looking for in Sedona! Very well-decorated suite with large bathroom, full kitchen, and nice patio for a great price! Great views from the property, and under 10-minute easy access to the many hikes in West Sedona. A wide selection of pools, which were great in the hot weather. Very accommodating staff! They allowed us an early check-in and then after the 10 AM check out, allowed us use of the pools. This will be our first choice destination when we come back soon!
