We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

We didn't dislike any part of our stay. Parking was tight, but we found a spot each night.
We loved the outdoor pool & hot tub being available. The double king room was so comfy. I like when you sink into the soft beds. We appreciate having the hot breakfast available! Just, request what you would like to eat off the small buffet and someone boxes it up for you.

The prices got a bottle of water was $4.00. & the soda vending machine wasn't working..

The location is a little tucked away and near a shopping area with quite a bit of traffic.
This hotel appears brand new. It's very clean and the room was very nice. The breakfast was very good with hot items. This chain's breakfast policy during Covid appears to be that you can select from all the usual items but you order from a person and they bring it to you. That worked just fine for me and much better than the usual grab 'n go. I was very happy with this hotel.

Sketchy location with homeless, homeless RV parking and significant big rig parking in front of and adjacent to the hotel property. No walking at night for this location.

When I went to ask the housekeeper in the housekeeping courtroom for a trash bag and toilet paper she was very rude and rolled her eyes at me. I politely said thank you when she gave me the request items but and she gave me a dirty look like I was interrupting her day. She could of directed me to the front desk if she didn’t want to assist me.
The location of the hotel was in a good location with lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Our group was able to use the great room for our team bonding. The front staff was very friendly and polite.

The support was atrocious. We found bugs in the pullout bed couch and brought it up to management who tried gaslighting us. Went to the room to show him and “conveniently” housekeeping cleaned it while we were gone so good thing we took pictures. My bf had surgery so we got back to the hotel around midnight straight from the surgery center, he was on anesthesia still and in alot of pain and we ended up having to move all our things to the second story in the middle of the night. Then that room didn’t have a working thermostat and he proceeded to sweat all night and get his incision wet, the toilet kept running and didn’t work. Brought that up to management in the morning and they only asked why we stayed there then… ummm maybe because we already spent an hour in the middle of the night moving upstairs to two rooms with family and someone who just had surgery, didn’t have a rental car, and it was as good as it was gonna get in the middle of the night!!! Then they fought with me on the bed bugs saying that’s not what it was… listen I don’t care WHAT it was, I shouldn’t be finding things in the beds PERIOD. Disgusting. The management was hard to deal with, continued gaslighting and being unsupportive. I had to ask for a higher up to fight for my payment back because they still wanted to charge for stays

Only one elevator working and the food could use an upgrade as far as quality especially for the price of staying there. the sign that said the state of California say there are chemicals used in the hotel can cause CANCER!! What is that about and how are you allowed to operate and accept guests?
