1) staff was apathetic at best, and excelled at being unavailable 2) asked the clerk on check on to recommend a local non-franchise restaurant…her answer…I don’t eat at out, I don’t know what is nearby, sorry can’t help 3) staff working buffet dragged her braid through food while refilling cold eggs at breakfast, no swap out of food 4) mentioned to staff waffle batter wasn’t flowing; her response…it’s probably plugged…no big deal and walked away 5) room had a musty smell, carpet was damp, fit & finish of room felt like they got halfway through a referb and stopped, sink stopper was non functional, and slow to drain, tub needs to be reglazed or replaced, commode was almost too low to use, almost impossible to get up from, 6) dope was being smoked in another room on the floor we were on, mentioned to desk, response…”it happens, oh the rooms are nonsmoking, they will get charged” 7) table lamp had a 3 section base…nice lamp if the mounting thread apneas tight, the sections of the lamp sat at 45 degrees to one another, 8) light bulbs dead in several ceiling lights

Age, old stained bathtub. Toilet leaked after flush, exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work. Second floor smelled like mold. Room was stuffy, definite aroma in there as well. Glad my stay was only 3 days for a funeral. Won’t return.

I prepaid for my room. I gave my card upon check-in as one does for the deposit hold. Two days after I checked out, they charged that card for my hotel stay again, even though I prepaid. When I called to get that figured out, the gentleman who answered was at first very nice about it but soon turned abrupt and constantly talked over me. Eventually, he refunded the extra stay. Another two days later, I saw that the money had been refunded but then they also charged me for a random amount which totalled almost the amount for my hotel stay that they had just refunded. I had to call AGAIN. I talked to the gentleman who was again rude and quite abrupt. None of this was my fault but his attitude made it seem like he was blaming me. Now, today, a solid week later, I finally received the refund for the money that shouldn't have been charged EVER to my card. This wasn't the first issue I've had at this hotel but didn't provide a review previously because I figured they were isolated incidents. Needless to say, I won't be staying here again. The hotel wasn't great enough to want to go through that again and the selection of hotels in that area is plentiful that I won't need to.

The room was musty. Seemed damp. The air conditioner did not really help. Small hairs (either dog or human) on all the sheets. Not discovered until late bedtime. Hairs in the bathroom. Simply not cleaned properly. Also the pool was steaming hot; had to leave after a few minutes to get fresh air. Overall a bit disappointing. I was looking forward to a. Country Inn and Suites and have great luck with the brand in the past, just disappointed in this location.

Great location, room was as expected and clean. We arrived early on a busy weekend and they still were able to get us checked in early so that was appreciated.

The pool was closed. Not a huge deal, but a little disappointing because I did pick the hotel (partially) for the pool. Definitely wasn’t a deal breaker though.

The staff in the morning were wonderful. Very kind and helpful. The location was perfect for our needs.

My family didn't get up for breakfast myself on the other hand got up and had waffles eggs and sausage links and coffee every morning , we stayed here few times before we like it we will return for sure

The outlets in the room! The outlet by the bathroom/bed wouldn't hold my cord. It's super loose so I couldn't charge my phone or use my hairdryer there.

We didn't need our room cleaned because we only stayed 2 nights, but we met the cleaning lady in the hallway and she was super nice! Breakfast was really good.
