They were replacing the tile floor in the lobby entrance and breakfast area, so the place was quite a mess.

The breakfast options were few. There were sausages which were good, but the eggs were not good. There were no bananas or Danishes. The breakfast eating area was not very big. $3 for a soda from the vending machine seemed a bit pricy even for a hotel.

The pool was amazing. That was the main reason we went there. The manager was nice, and the hotel was very clean and quiet. The parking lot was easy to navigate.

Location, I think the real ones could use an updated version. With a higher toilet the heat kept going even when we turned it off.

the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Good variety of channels available on the tv. Also, room was quiet while sleeping, no noise from the hall or other rooms that was disturbing. Breakfast was good.

Wifi didn’t work due to us being in back , tv service didn’t work , and stayed 2 days and couldn’t get no clean towels. Was told to bring to desk or leave outside my door and I’ll get clean ones and didn’t! I was in back so we had side door that didn’t work and I had to keep getting my key activated. I paid cash and when I check out the manger took my deposit slip and just disappeared for about 5-6 mins for him to tell me he had to check the room! I’m pretty sure he don’t do that to anyone else that check out. Understand I had to pay with cash but I’m sure there better way to do that. Upset my guest I brought with me because that just some we haven’t deal with before. We was there due to cheer competition and the manger knew that bc he asked and see what we wearing so I’m not sure why he had to go like that. Probably want to come up with better way if customers pay cash. It just gave up vibes like we stealing or some. Very upset when leaving

When I inquired about fresh towels the next morning I was told they didn't have any. Due to the volumes of guesty that they had encountered. . I was told by one of the managers that I would receive a credit being treated so poorly at the front desk and I did not receive that I used the jetted tub in the room and found after I had been in the tub that the jets were full of mold and dirt

Maintenance and laundry personnel were friendly and made my stay to be honest.

The area is perfect for easy access to Notre Dame and shippshewa. The breakfast was awesome and the pool was an added bonus.

The room smelled; we bought deodorizer for it. The one curtain was almost down and the shower head was loose. In addition the room was supposed to be cleaned on the third day; never was and the fitted sheet was a queen on a king size bed
