I felt bad there wasn't enough service in terms of employees. The cleaning team was also responsible for the laundry at one point there was 1 person manning the desk for check In and any issues that arised. In our case the elevator was down which I understood was the priority but several times I found myself waiting for the lone employee to come back to the desk. When we also arrived there was no sheets for the pull out available so we had to go ask the front for sheets. And I know I wasn't the only guest it happened too. It was just a little inconvenient.

This was a booking for my daughter-in-law and granddaughter. They had a great time. My granddaughter loved the fact that they had free breakfast and had pancakes every morning. My granddaughter also loved the pool. I was very happy to have booked this hotel for them.

A few things that would improve stay: It would have been nice to have a map in the room of where to find the various amenities in the building (i.e. pool, workout room, ice machine, etc.) as well as suggestions for local eateries, events, etc. Did not have enough towels, but staff were prompt in getting us some. More hooks in shower to hang bathing suits to dry would have been helpful. Could hear lots of foot traffic on floor above late at night, which made it difficult to sleep.

The night staff allowed me to get a milk for my coffee out of the breakfast room as I am allergic to the creamers at the coffee station. in the afternoon at 1 pm. the women at the front desk yelled at me and was very rude when I went and got a milk and I explained my allergy and the man at telling me I could get a milk. And she said she didn't care and she would speak to him because it was not ok for me to get a milk for my coffee and there is cameras . Well if there is cameras they would see me strictly get a milk for my coffee.

The pool was awesome. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud. very comfortable. loved all the dove products. will definitely stay in a holiday again.

The only real criticism I would make is that the fan for the room temperature control was very loud, even when put on low setting. A minor observation: the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, yet there were little signs that it needs updating: scuffed vanity and door in the bathroom, no pictures on the wall (well...one) and carpet looked outdated. As I said...all minor because overall the room was quite acceptable!

The location of this hotel is excellent! It overlooks Olde Misteck Village and at this time of year (holiday lights) that is a big bonus! There is a great Mexican restaurant right next store within walking distance. It is close to town too and very easy to get to right off the highway. The room is spacious, the beds super comfy, and the bathroom was sparkling clean and spacious. The breakfast was the usual free breakfast fare, but very good with a wide variety of items to choose from.

The hot tub wouldn’t get hot. The lady working front desk in the morning of 10/27 was just sitting in the lobby on her phone with her phone on speaker. So while trying to eat breakfast all you could hear was her conversation very loudly. Also the breakfast could use more hot options but maybe it rotates throughout the week.

The man that was working the front desk on Friday 10/27 for check ins was amazing. The pool area was perfect for my kids and the little outside patio was relaxing. Breakfast was good and the kids loved the pancake maker. Room was really big, clean, and comfortable.

No stationary in the room, no maps of the surrounding areas and no sightseeing information, no instructions for using the TV or guide for the channels. Breakfast was so so. I couldn’t get an extra filling of orange juice because the room for food and drinks was locked exactly at 9:30 am even though many residents were still eating breakfast. They should keep the juice dispensers outside the room as they did for coffee.
