Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Puerto RicoThe only drawback was the sofa bed in our room. While the room was advertised for three adults, the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable and might be better suited for a child rather than an adult.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—safe, easy to find, and just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the entire hotel felt welcoming and comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. One of the highlights was the included breakfast, which offered a nice variety and was a great way to start the day. Considering the quality, service, and amenities, the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant place to stay. Will gladly return on my next visit!

Saudi Arabia(Not hotel fault but...) if you're having a car with you, be aware parking charges are very high, up to 75USD on weekends for an overnight parking session.
Room was small but for the chain/price it was to be expected. Reception staff Mary and Destiny were great and super helpful. Bed was extremely comfortable Breakfast was standard and enough for everyone. Coffee is great and available at reception 24hrs (as well as hot water and Teas). Location was good, not too busy as being uptown. Subway stations within 5-10 minutes walk. Very close to famous Wall Street and the 'BULL' Has good restaurants within walking distance and a great bagel bakery and Starbucks across the road.

GermanyWe considered the accommodation a great value. New York City hotels are expensive and the rooms are small in general. Given that, we as a group of three felt that we had enough space. There was a closet to hang some clothes and three drawers. Some parts of the interior looked a bit dated, but it was clean and as far as we could tell all the facilities worked properly. There was a fridge and a microwave in the room. In the bathroom there was a sufficient amount of surface space next to the sink to put toiletries and hooks for towels. Water pressure and temperature was fine. The mattress on the bed seemed a bit worn out, but we slept well. The pull out couch wasn’t very sturdy and the mattress on it was thin. Nevertheless our child said it was comfortable. Though it didn’t bother us, if you need quiet to sleep you should consider that it can be noisy due to sounds from the fridge, the AC, the street below and the hallway.
The location is great with a bus stop (M15-SBS) right in front of the hotel and the big Wall Street ferry terminal just steps away. The subway is close as well. The process of checking in and out was easy. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included during our stay. The buffet was a pleasant surprise with a big variety of options (among others there were cinnamon rolls, bagels, a choice of savory hot dishes containing egg, meat or potato, a cereal bar, a pancake machine, coffee, tea, hot and iced chocolate, milk, juices, fresh fruit and yogurt).

PolandThe hotel equipment is worn out, the rooms need refreshing. There is road work in front of the hotel and it is noisy from the morning, which cause sleep problems.
The hotel is located close to many attractions and in a safe area. There are many restaurants next to the hotel. There is also a metro station in close proximity to the hotel. Breakfast was sufficient.

PhilippinesHowever, I did find the room a bit too small for my comfort, and the internet connection was quite slow, which was frustrating at times.
I really appreciated the hotel’s location—it’s close to major tourist attractions and conveniently near halal restaurants, which made dining out easy during my stay in New York. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and I especially enjoyed the hot chocolate. Breakfast had a great variety of options and was satisfying each morning. I’d also like to commend Destiny for her professionalism and friendliness—she made a positive impression.

United KingdomThere were three adults sharing the room so we had to use the sofa bed. When this was pulled out it made the room very difficult to navigate around and would be best as double room to sleep two adults.
The room was clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom and coffeemaking facilities, although coffee was freely available from reception which was great. The girl on reception was excellent, very friendly and helpful. She was only young but very good at her job. Buffet breakfast was included which was very nice and the location of the hotel near Wall Street was great for the activities that we were doing.
