The sink was clogged in the room, and the AC wasn't cooling properly, housekeeping didn't clean the room.

The water pressure was low. Better variety in the breakfast area, free parking would help too.

That pool area is huge! Although it could use additional umbrellas for the lounges. Location was excellent. Beds were super comfortable. Ana, front desk staff, was super friendly!

The bar staff kept me great company while I was trying to stay awake till a reasonable time to avoid being to jet lagged! Breakfast was yum and plentiful. The coffee was amazing! The little marketplace is a brilliant idea.

The hotel was a 25 minute walk from Disney Springs and a 2 minute walk from the Lynx bus route. Any questions we had, we always received great customer service. The breakfast buffet which was included in our stay was delicious and we had a variety of hot and cold food. There is a lovely pool on premises, we didn’t utilize;We wished we could have stayed longer. We were also happy to see it is a pet friendly hotel. We had no complaints about our room. It was clean and modernized furniture. At night we could see Disney fireworks from our balcony. We would definitely stay again and will recommend other family and friends to stay there as well.

I was very upset that there was a parking fee if $40 per day, it should be included in the night rate, theres not even a security guard on site to charge that amount for one car and per night it wasnt even a one time fee, the fee was per night.

The pool and the pool area are small and nothing like in the pictures. The restrooms close to the pool are dirty, even when it was not busy. The carpets are old and dirty. Breakfast was okay, with the exception of, what so called there, coffee, which was undrinkable!. It was striking to see that they have one use plastic cutleries and bowls for the guests to have their breakfast! Moreover, the breakfast area, especially the floor, is dirty and sticky. There is not an actual restaurant for dinner. They just serve some dishes in the breakfast area. There is absolutely no sound isolation! You can hear every little noise coming from adjacent rooms, as well as the corridor. The door of the room is so old that one can see the corridor light. Also, the balcony door and window do not properly close and you can hear the sound of the cars driving by in the highway. The faucet and the shower are also old and do not work as they should. It’s the first hotel I see, and I’ve been in many, using white towels to mop the floor!!! Well, at least, I hope they are not the same ones given to the guests.

The personnel was very friendly and helpful. They kindly accommodated all my requests. There was a problem with the light in the bathroom, which was fixed within an hour. The hotel is very conveniently located, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and close to the Disney parks. I was also very positively surprised that they allowed me to late check out (14:00) without any extra charge.

I chose the “pay at property” option. My card on file was not the one I wanted to use. They charged it as a “hold” but I was not informed of that. It overdrew my account. They did process a refund, but I have not received it yet.

Hallway smelled horrible like marijuana and old cigarettes though it was supposed to be a smoke free facility.

Theresa was beyond sweet at our very late checking in due to car issues delaying our arrival. She was very kind!
