You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing.
Everything was great. Good atmosphere, good food, helpful staff and overall a great experience. Fully accommodating for a family of 6. Washers and dryers on the property helped us not overpack so we can have some space for mementos. Staff always made sure we were comfortable. Need extra towels and we got them. Needed some plates for the pizza we ordered and they had it.

It was bright and very clean. Everything worked well and the breakfast was amazing. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. It was easy to get in and out and it was close to the Ark.

I wish the bathroom had a working exhaust fan, and I wish the fitness room had AC
I liked the fact that the hotel was close to the major road but secluded so we didn't hear noise.

At the time of making reservations, make sure to take note of the taxes to avoid any surprises when time to check out. Also note the parking spaces are tight and there are no pull-thru spaces for vehicles with trailers. Nice place & staff, but prices double in summer time due to nearby tourist attractions.
Clean hotel. Staff was great. Elevators are quick & quiet. Breakfast was great. Indoor pool was nice & the strong chlorine smell really opened up my sinuses.

The pool was way to cold to be indoors. I'm not an expert but they might need to look into warming it up a bit.

Curb on the driveway you almost have to stop because it’s not graded properly big bump and could cause issues to guests

I really can’t think of anything negative.
We liked the proximity to the Ark experience, was about 8-10 minute drive. The hotel seems fairly new & everything was clean & in working order. The breakfast was also good & had lots of variety. Staff was very friendly & helpful. When I asked about local restaurants they had a sheet of paper printed out with at least 8 local recommendations. The other bonus was the suggested “quiet hours” from 10 pm -7 am as some hotels near family type attractions can have kids running up & down hallways at night time & thankfully that was not the case here. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved everything
Extremely clean, fantastic breakfast every morning-kind and helpful breakfast staff. Hotel is perfectly located to a Walmart and various restaurants, and a gas station. Pool and gym area were perfect as well .12 minutes from the Ark Encounter- which was the purpose of our trip.

There was nothing to complain about.
Breakfast was good quality. The food was comparable to other hotels I have stayed at. I liked the elevator. It talked to me. I liked that the shower/tub had a high ceiling.

The curb into the lot. It’s too high and hits the car tires hard. Even at a very slow speed it was too high.
