We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe room could have used more towels, etc. For a family of 4 we were only given 2 towels and wash cloths and due to staffing shortages they would only clean/restock your room every 5th day (we stayed 6) so we had to keep asking for more everyday which was annoying. Also the pool ended up being closed 3 of the 6 nights we were there which was huge bummer since we specifically picked a hotel with a pool. Our room was relatively clean but the bathroom especially could have used a little work (under the sink rim was awful!).
The breakfast had a fairly good selection and the kitchen area was very clean. The staff was super friendly and very helpful and seemed to work very hard at keeping the breakfast stocked, etc.

United States of Americathe carpets and floors were very dirty in the room. the small couch in the room looked as if it was never cleaned. morning of the race breakfast and coffee were not ready and people standing in line to get it. i have stayed here several times for mackinaw weekend and was extremely disappointed this time. i know that everyone is short staffed but the carpets need to be cleaned in the hallways also. outside area seemed not to have been kept up. not sure i would stay here again.

United States of AmericaThe tile in the shower was cracked. Not all USB charging stations worked. Drywall tape lifting up along the seams. The marina that is on the property is beyond words on how poorly maintained it is.
The staff was warm , friendly and very engaging.
