Noisy between walls. Could hear other guests. Fridge was making an awful noise through the night. Shower was awful! No hot water just barely warm and no water pressure at all .
Room was clean and actually smelled like it was just cleaned. AC worked good and bed was comfortable.

This place is overpriced, and the water gets warm, not hot. $450 for 2 nights, and i can not get hot water..
The location was very nice. I felt safe in this area. The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms are very clean. The bed was awesome, very comfortable. Television had almost every channel available.

The halls were hot and the water didn't get as hot as I would of liked. The alarm went off in the wee hours of the morning causing us to evacuate.

I wish my room was thoroughly cleaned on the second day of my four day stay. The bed was made and trash dumped but the carpet wasn’t vacuumed and the tub scrubbed.
Enjoyed my stay. Location was close to USF, and there were places to eat close by.

2 Staff members were smoking weed on a bench when my family exited our vehicle. This was upon arrival. There was food left in our fridge and I cleaned the bathroom and wiped down counter tops with Clorox wipes. Toilet and surfaces were very dirty. A staff member showed up to clean the fridge and some loose hanging cords under the desk. It took him forever to complete. He was one of the staff smoking weed outside. Also had to request towels several times. They were out of washcloths.
Right off the main road. Complimentary breakfast.

Need handicap accessible room and the room we were given was supposed to be accessible but had a bath tub I was unable to step up into and there were no handicap bars by the toilet so I had to have family assistance. The pool was not available the entire stay.
The breakfast was delicious. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. The staff was very kind and friendly.

The bathroom in the room had someone else’s hair on the floor… not just a little bit either. I think whoever cleaned it didn’t lift the shower curtain and get under it. The pool was closed.. we specifically booked a hotel that had a pool and were pretty disappointed. They should have given a discount for that. The beds have this “padding” under the sheet that I assume is there to act as a barrier for spills but it’s rough and uncomfortable.
The late checkout was the absolute best part! The room size is nice and the staff are al very kind

The renovation and the carpets in the hallways were disgusting and also no ac in the hallways.

our sheets and blankets had several very prominent black stains (it looked like from mascara). water pressure in the shower wasn’t the worst but could be better.
breakfast was good, staff was very quick about bringing out food when it had run out. receptionist was very friendly upon check in and made us feel very welcome during check in and check out process.

2 ice machines were out of order…same when we were here several months ago.. Rates were higher than I expected.

We had booked a room with a roll-in shower because my wife was in a wheelchair. They gave us a room with a bathtub that was hard for my wife to use . Also the room that we had was considered handicap,but it was small for a wheelchair to move around in. It also ok was on the 4th floor which is bad if there was a fire since the elevator would not be available for use .
Breakfast was excellent with a good selection. Location was great and close to our destination.

The room for handicapped was on third floor and at very end of hall and bath tub/ shower, nice t just walk in shower. Way to far from front door for a person with handicap! Ice all the way to elevator. Not convenient for handicap person.
