Friendly and helpful staff members and a very welcoming vibe. Stylishly decorated and ultra clean and comfortable rooms and fantastic menu in the restaurant. Super close to Universal Studios and other LA attractions. I could have bought everything in the store (and nearly did) Loved it and would stay again

Our bedroom overlooked the freeway. The noise was bad throughout the night if you are a sensitive sleeper.

Staff were absolutely fab! Children loved watching movies outside in the hot tub. Restaurant onsite delicious.

The bed was a little too soft and the wi-fi wasn’t that great.

The hotel was really beautiful and clean. I loved that it had an onsite restaurant and it wasn’t too far away from the things we wanted to do. The staff was also very friendly, they greeted us every time we entered the lobby.

The sound proofing of the balcony doors wasn’t great so the traffic noise was quite loud - I would recommend earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Also there was no mention in the property policies or description that you are charged a $200 deposit upon checking in - it would be helpful to know this in advance.

Every single interaction I had with the staff was lovely! The restaurant was wonderful and it was great having coffee facilities in the room.

It was absolutely because and they had everything you needed right there if you don’t want to leave you truly don’t have to. The food was great the bars were amazing and the entertainment was good.

Very homely, beautiful, clean and has lots of extra facilities. Gym, laundry room and a heated pool. Definitely go back.

The room did not have any slippers or robes. The basic bathroom amenities did not include a toothbrush or toothpaste. It was a festive time, but the energy of the staff and the place did not feel very festive or cheerful. There were not a lot of food options for those with dietary restrictions. The room service was delivered without any cutlery.

The place was very clean and the facilities were well maintained. The staff was polite. The shuttle service was prompt.

The shower had a glass divider that only covered half the shower. Every time we showered the water would leak all over the floor.

The property was beautiful. It had a lot of cozy gathering spaces outside in the different patios. The staff was amazing and so helpful. The room and bed we’re comfortable. They had a free shuttle to Universal Studios. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The shower. The shower head was broken and the more I tried to get it to spray at a normal setting (between pounding and mist) the worse it got.

I liked the location as well as the comfort. Parking was easy and stress free.

Minor issue with room was missing some amenities such as tissues and ran out of hair conditioner.

Comfy beds. Cute mid-century decor that we affectionately nick-named "Brown Lotus". Poolside culture. Didn't have to wait for service at restaurant or bar. Accommodated our large impromptu party in courtyard.

The only criticism I had was the noise from the highway, which could be heard through the double glazing when the windows were shut, and the noise from the air conditioning fan when switched on - but to be fair this is the price you pay for a convenient location, and there are other rooms available which face the pool rather than the road which I think would've been quieter (and with a better view)

The staff were all very friendly and helpful - particularly Rudy who was excellent at parking/retrieving our car (highly recommend guests take advantage of the Valet Parking option). Being able to watch The Princess Bride on a giant screen while relaxing in the hot tub and sipping an ice cold beer, after a hard day's walking around Universal Studios, was the personal highlight for me. The Front Yard restaurant was also excellent, and the complementary shuttle bus to/from Universal Studios was extremely welcome.
